Located in The Gulch, this lovely resort for $180 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Raise your glass to Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham - Nashville. You won't have to head all the way to the Caribbean to find your lost shaker of salt. In fact, it's right upstairs at your resort's rooftop bar. Lounge poolside until the sun hangs low, take it easy by the fire pit, and see panoramic views of downtown as live music loosens your mood. Fins Beach Bar makes sure you'll always have a drink within arm's reach. And JWB Grill makes sure you can have your cheeseburger in paradise — and eat it, too. The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. We will gladly notate your preference and send this over to the resort as your stay gets closer. Please notate that requests are not guaranteed. Things to Note: -A credit card will be used to hold the secuirty depositof $250; which is refundable after check out and inspection of the unit. -Valet parking on-site is available for $57 per night. Short walking distance to Broadway & The Gulch area! Hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed the restaurant/bar and view on floor 4 where the pool was. Cutest bar across the street called Sovereign if you want to get away from the craziness at Broadway! Would definitely stay here again.

Would love to give the place SIX stars! Unit was completely stocked - even with a big Jimmy Buffet - Margaritville Margarita Machine! Could walk to everything, 2 blocks from Broadway and the Bridgestone Center, 1 Block from the Music City Convention Center. The restaurant onsite had amazing food - try the Steak Frites! Did not try out the pool bar / restaurant - was not the right weather for that. This unit's sunrise and sunset view over downtown were amazing!

The hotel was spotless, the main restaurant was delicious. Even though I had hundreds of options to choose from within walking distance, I ate at the JBW grill both nights. Live music, excellent cocktails and delicious food. It was cold so I didn’t get to enjoy, the pool area. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and stocked. I loved the living area and kitchen with all the dishware and appliances. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Overall, the place was great and priced extremely well for my 3 day stay.

It was excellent! From the concierge, whom our special needs son fell in love with, to the cleaning staff who gave us tips to get around easier with a wheelchair (my son) I cannot recommend this place more! Only thing is that I was pleasantly surprised about was there is a microwave in the unit! When I asked on the app, they said no, this really made heating up my son’s special food much easier. We had a wonderful time!! Thank you so much!

Enjoyed being close to downtown and lots of places to enjoy within walking distance! When we checked in they gave us a room that had not been cleaned, so we had to go back down and have them book us to a different room. The parking is very expensive and my husbands Nike dunks were stolen out of our BMW after we valet parked our ride which would have been the first night we parked the car. We tipped generously and chatted with the valet people and they still decided property that wasn’t theirs should go home with them. Would suggest removing anything else valuable from your car as we took pretty much everything we could to our room as we had traveled to other states prior to our arrival. I would entertain staying there but would rather rent a car and or Uber everywhere instead of having a personal vehicle there.

This is a great place to stay for any event in Nashville. It’s walking distance to Broadway, Bridgestone and all things country music, concerts or sporting events. The hotel rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The bed was so comfortable!! The restaurant and bars have great conversation areas . Just a great place!! We didn’t use the pool in October, but some did and it looked pretty enticing! Just a great place to enjoy Nashville!!

We loved the location-far enough away from broadway for a little peace and quiet but close enough to walk to all the action. Pool and pool bar were great even though it was too cold to swim. Gym was good enough to get a good vacation workout in. The staff was super helpful. The room nice and had all the amenities we needed and wanted. We would love to stay again when weather is a little warmer and we have more free time.

The resort was beautiful! Just what we were looking for. Short walk to all the entertainment! Quiet in the evening away from the nightlife. Live music in bar with nice heaters outside for a fall evening. Breeze checking in, loved the wristbands!

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Margaritaville. I had seen the photos, but was still surprised at how big the room is. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer lots of light, with the option of blackout curtains after a night out. The bed was very comfy. I used the fitness center too, which was small but got the job done. Nice and clean with various treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and free weights to sneak in a quick workout. Fins Bar is super cute and the pool area is really nice (it was just too chilly to use it when we were there the first weekend of October). My boyfriend went to the JWB Bar downstairs a few times and liked it. My boyfriend arrived to Nashville first and checked in, so I wasn't there, but he did say the timeshare desk talked to him for 10 minutes about a timeshare. Kind of frustrating, but we also expected it based on other reviews. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Loved staying at Margaritaville in Nashville. It’s just a short walk to Broadway which was perfect. Felt very safe walking at night to and from the resort. It is a very clean resort with a beautiful pool/bar area. The bed was so comfortable and had great pillows. We used the kitchenette to make coffee and toast every morning before heading out. The communication from management ahead of time was the best we’ve ever had. Always very prompt when responding to questions. We absolutely loved it there and plan on returning there next fall again.

We had a great stay at this property, the pictures and description were accurate. There was some confusion with the name on the reservation since it's a time share, but everything was fixed by the time we checked in and there were no issues when we arrived. Location is great, as were the amenities. Overall, would definitely stay here again when we return!
