We have a spacious 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with full kitchen and dining area for 4 people. Large enough for long-term living so you won't feel cramped. The size of the apartment is a rare find at this rate on beautiful Singer Island. New A/C units in the living room and bedroom.

Enjoy the ocean breeze sitting in the courtyard or on your front balcony. It is only 1 blocks from the main beach entrance.

Singer Island is an amazing place that is still undiscovered which makes it affordable for all who want to escape to the beach. It is a very charming and relaxing island, with great views. It is not commercialized, over populated nor busy. Just peaceful.

Stayed for a week at the apartment. We really enjoyed the location. Just a block from the beach and restaurants was our favorite part. The apartment was clean and had most things needed. The owner was flexible with our schedule and responded quickly every time. The only bad part was the mattress was really uncomfortable. By the last night we slept on the couches to avoid the bed.

I'm hoping this will help some unsuspecting possible renters. The unit I rented for the month of March 2016 was a bad experience. Please note - as i did not - that there have been no reviews in 4 yrs. From the first day of arrival there were broken doors, electrical outlets that were too dangerous to use, a missing smoke alarm (an obvious threat and building violation), termites in the kitchen cabinets, and a shower/tub door held together with wire. The washer and dryer were dirty and rusty. Numerous calls to the superintendent resulted in shoddy repairs that didn't hold up. The last straw was my visit to Urgent Care, only to discover that my body bites we're from BUDBUGS ! That sent me packing and out of there on March 20, 2016 instead of the 31st. I should have left the minute I walked in. I contacted the owner, who would not prorate me for the days I did not stay and refused to even respond to numerous requests, including a registered letter with written confirmation of receipt, emails and texts. RENTER BEWARE.

My husband and I stayed here in Feb 2011 for one month,lovely apt.and the manager Alex was very helpful and accommodating.Would stay again if back in the area.I would suggest a car.

Accommodations of these units were as depicted in their promo. Manager Alex very accommodating & helpful as needed.My unit was freshly painted & in good condition.These are not new units but would be more than acceptable to anyone who has ever rented vacation property.The friendly attitude projected by the owner Vicky,her family and Alex made you feel you were staying with friends rather than being a tenant.A evening gathering for all the guests hosted by Vicky and her Folks was a nice touch to make everyone feel welcome and get to meet the other guests.The homemade Greek food was an added pleasure.I would not mind staying there again!

We spent 1 and 1/2 months in our condo on Singer Island. When we arrived, we were greeted by Alex, the onsite Manager. He was very helpful and went above and beyond his duties, throughout our stay,to make us feel welcome. Our condo was spacious ,sunny and clean. Its location was perfect for walking to the beach or to the inlet where you could watch the boats go to sea. Within walking distance were restaurants, shops, a marina and a beautiful beach. The owners, Steve, Tina and their daughter, Vickie, were very gracious and hospitable and made us feel right at home. We would recommend this condo and location for a memorable vacation.

We stayed here for the month of February 2011. The manager, Alex and the owners were very accommodating. The apartment was homey, clean, well maintained and 2 blocks from the beautiful beach . Kitchen had everything we needed. There was also a gas grill with a full tank of propane for our use in the courtyard. The linens were washed and returned to us on request. How about spoiling huh? Having a washer and dryer available (along with detergent ) was a wonderful bonus. There were many beautiful places to walk and we felt very safe. We very much enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property. The owners and everyone we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to the on site manager, Alex, Steve and Tina and Vicky. Hope to return one day!!!

I stay at the apartment on 12-11-2010 thru 12-18-2010.The location is block walk to the beach and dining.Fishing at Rieva beach fishing pier.Pix are as per listing.Just bring your bags.Full kitchen.Pots & pans ,dishes ,forks, spoons.stoves, micro.fully equip.Just as if you are at home.Apartment is super clean.Alex the manager is a great host.Steve And Tina are terrific people.Carry the bag to the room for me.Steve & Tina Xtra mile make mystay a pleasure.All are good people.I highly recommend stay .Alex knows all the spots for your taste to eat & sight seeing.There is so much to do.None stop fun..I had plenty of R&R.We'll became best of friends.I'll will difinately stay there again in FEB.& MARCH.You'll be very happy you did.Steve &Tina,Alex,Sophia,Vicky.THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR A GREAT VACATION.TAKE CARE .GOD BLESS.
