As you step outside the ground floor, you'll find a refreshing pool. A barbecue area is at your disposal for some outdoor grilling, and a veranda with a sitting area, perfect for both relaxing and dining, awaits you. Covered parking space for one car is available for your convenience. The maisonettes are separated from each other and from the private road connecting all of them by discrete fences offering the desired privacy.

Ground Floor

Entering the ground floor, you'll discover a cosy twin air-conditioned bedroom for a restful night's sleep. The open well-equipped kitchenette provides all the necessities for preparing light meals.
