This one-of-a-kind stunning property is located on the 4th and 5th floor of a newly renovated building in Malaga's prime location, right between the famous Calle Larios and the Cathedral, in a quaint side street of the historic centre.

The first floor features a large double bedroom with a king-size bed, large closet space, a sitting area and a full modern bathroom with shower.

The hallway leads to an American-style open-plan kitchen than opens onto the dining and living room areas. From there, you can access a balcony with picturesque views of typical Andalusian streets and rooftops.

A stairwell leads you to the second floor where you will find the second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a sitting lounge area.

On the upper floor, you will also find the sun-filled terrace with unbeatable views to the Cathedral, a perfect place to enjoy al-fresco dinner or soak in the Spanish sun on comfortable sunbeds.

This prestine property is decorated and furnished with exquisite taste and great attention to detail.

There is air-conditioning, Wi-Fi throughout the property. Parking is available upon request.

We had 3 nights in this beautiful property next to Malaga Cathedral. The property is in a well kept building in a quiet street. The apartment itself is well equipped and well maintained. It was extremely clean and well presented and has plenty of outside space. We usually expect a bit of noise when staying in an apartment in the city, but despite a lively fiesta on our second night, there was no sleepless night. Once the doors and windows of the apartment are closed there is no noise from outside. Friendly and efficient managers too. We will definitely stay here again.

The location of this apartment is second to none in the heart of the old town and within sight of the cathedral. We loved sitting on the rooftop terrace for breakfast in the morning and sundowner drinks - just perfect! There are a number of excellent restaurants within minutes and for a city centre location, grocery shopping is also very easy with both the market and a reasonable carrefour local within easy walking distance. Solaga were super easy to deal with and very accommodating. In all honesty we felt that the apartment was 'tired' and could do with a little TLC. For the rental price charged, some of the equipment was poor quality and could do with replacing and the whole place would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. We have stayed in Teresa which we felt was far superior internally: it was the roof terrace which really made the difference to our stay but Laurel does not offer the same standard of accommodation in our opinion.

Beautiful apartment. Ideal distribution in 2 layers with 2 bathrooms and a super nice balcony. In terms of location, too, great. Nice host and clear instructions to get to the location.

Well located for all that the old city of Malaga offers. Walking distance of most of the main sites. Clean and tidy apartment with plenty of space and a spacious south facing sun terrace.

The location is amazing and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. The lounge areas and bedrooms are very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped, so although the kitchen is small it is easy to cook a meal if you don't want to eat out every night. Solaga staff are really friendly and very responsive. The upstairs bedroom does get warm and the fan is quite noisy

This apartment was a amazing private and quiet space right in the middle of Malaga’s Old Town. It was really clean and beautifully furnished, with incredible views from the terrace. Solaga were good - great communication, very friendly and accommodating with our arrival time. Totally recommended.

The roof terrace, the views of the cathedral, the location and the ease of being able to pop back and then go out again as so central, the peace and quiet. We felt there should have been a few essentials left in the kitchen cupboard. This is a high quality apartment so not the cheapest and with such a special roof terrace, guests are going to want to eat in sometimes. We had to buy salt, pepper, olive oil ( which we left for future guests). A welcome bottle of wine would have been a nice touch.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful. We were 5 adults who shared and it worked super well with space. The location in the middle of the City 5 stars and the terrace with the view was absolutely magical. We will return 😀

This is a great place, right in the middle of the CBD but on a quiet side street. The upper terrace has a great view of the cathedral and is a great spot for a siesta. The place was clean, had everything needed. I would stay here again.

Our family of 4 found this a perfect base for our stay in Malaga. 20 steps to both Plaza Obispo and Calle Larios, the location is ideal for a stay in el centro, and the flat is close to all shopping, muelle uno and the beach at Malagueta. The flat has 2 good sized bedrooms and baths. The only downfall is the tiny kitchen, but since the flat is surrounded by excellent restaurants, this isn’t a huge issue. The Solaga team was very responsive and communication was excellent.

The penthouse is very well located, you can easily walk to the city, port and beach. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. The terrace on the roof has an incredible view of the cathedral. Thank you for the great service, we will be happy to come back.

The location was ideal The balcony was the best feature of the apartment There are only two sun beds on the balcony so could do with another two and have a smaller table or a nice rattan sofa. Could make so much more of this great space.

OMG what an amazing apartment.. super spacious and with great super sized rooms. In the town centre yet to quiet. The terrace balcony with the view is to die for. Greeting access was awesome. I wish only that other Airbnb services could pay such first class service as this one. Thanks guys. Memorable !!

a vey nice bright duplex apartment with sun loungers on the large roof terrace, and another smaller terrace to the lower floor, ideal location for the city centre bars and restaurants with a well maintained entrance and glass lift for access nothing could be done to improve this property

Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons appelé l'agence Solaga. À peine 5 minutes après un dynamique agent nous a envoyé les clés. Nous avons fait le tour de l'appartement. Vraiment superbe. La terrasse magnifique. La localisation entre la Calle Larios et la Plaza del Obispo est idéale pour tout faire à pieds, y compris la plage de la Malagueta. Impressionnante Manquita de la terrasse de l'appartement. Encore plus la nuit. On a donné plein d'adresses pour aller manger, boire un verre en dehors des pièges à touristes. Pour le départ on nous a permis de laisser nos bagages à l'agence car notre train partait tard. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe Solaga.

Nice apartment in good location. Unfortunately, there was no suitable bedding for the sofa bed (no duvet cover provided) and under the beds clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was no one available on check out then I was charged £75 for extra cleaning which obviously you can’t dispute when you’re back home. Beware.
