Three couples. All over 30. we live in San Diego and in May it is still pretty hazy weather. So we came down for the warmth of the beach. Found really great deals out of Tijuana. Mostly was looking for a place that had the beds for 3 couples. Most of the places I was looking at were geared toward families, having double beds or bunks in the third room. Tom is so fabulous as a host. He leaves some snacks. His place is gorgeous and comfortable. I plan to bring some family back down soon. Highly Recommend.!!

A truly stunning property...location was quiet, pools were on point and the food and bev service was outstanding. Really enjoyed the condo and the owner was very communicative and pleasant to deal with. Couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay here.

We loved our stay at this gorgeous condo. The deck and view were amazing. It has two pools, a restaurant and beach access. Tom is very helpful and the building staff was super friendly and helpful.

Tom's beautiful condo was perfect in all ways! Communication with him was super easy and he knows how to make his guests feel welcome. Convenient snacks, beer, wine and fruit welcomed us after a long day of travel. The bed was VERY comfortable, restaurant food was fantastic and we got to see whales every day from the condo balcony! After 16 previous trips to PV, this was probably my favorite! Thank you Tom!!

Going to keep this short so I don't get too wistful at not being there. - Staff at Sayan Beach are amazing - Tom as a host was super easy to communicate with and very receptive any questions we had. Also provided some beers and waters in the unit, which was super nice to come into. - Sayan Beach restaurant/bar continues to impress. - Other guests of the property were nice, respectful, quiet, etc. Even people's children, which is never a guarantee. The walk down the beach into the Romantic Zone, or cabs are ~$5. Either way, super great way to go get some tacos and see some nightlife.

Sayan Beach condos are a gem with two amazing vanishing edge pools, two bars with food, an awesome gym and more. Its located about a ten minute walk from the Romantic Zone and all the great restaurants, bars and shops. This unit is on the corner with sweeping views, a large patio and plenty of room for a family to enjoy. Highly recommend.

The Sayan Beach Condominium complex is probably the best condo in south Puerto Vallarta. The unit is large and clean and well appointed. It had amazing views of the ocean. The building services are amazing. The owner is very responsive to needs and concerns. Any issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend this building.

Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment on the lobby lever, west corner unit facing the setting sun. The 7th floor provides an unobstructed view of the water and a steady breeze so you can open the full glass door walls to bring the living space into the outdoors. There are 2 restaurants with full bars and swimming pools on both the ground floor and roof top. The staff was very accommodating, helping delivery of grocery items, arranging taxis, ordering food and making reservations at local restaurants. 3 bedrooms with comfortable king beds each with a full bath. It was our second stay at this unit at Syan Beach and are likely to stay again in the future.

I normally stay at all-inclusive resorts so this was a nice treat away from the massive venues. The property is fabulous. You can walk to town and it is a $4 US cab ride back. Perfect private-like beach and breathtaking views. Also, the massage we had was fabulous.

The owners were great and communicative. The staff here are caretaking private condos but you feel like you are at a five star hotel. I am afraid to say how great this is as it will be booked 100% once everyone catches on and I will Never get back in 💕

Stayed here for 4 days with husband and parents. Close proximity to pier (for our scuba boat) and to several restaurants (walk or taxi for a few dollars). The owner and on-site concierge team are amazing--helpful for everything. The property is well-maintained, clean, spacious--overall excellent. In addition, there are several pools and an on-site restaurant (great prices for really good food and drinks).

PV has multiple areas around the bay to sta. All have different "vibes". If you like the Old Town area (which I do), this is a great spot. 3 min. walk on the beach, or $4 cab ride take you right downtown. The Condo, staff and amenities were fabulous.

Sayan Beach is a great place to stay if you want amazing views. The place is luxurious, our host was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I was staying with my partner and 2 other couples in this 3 br. Everyone loved the place. I would totally stay here again!

The house is incredible, the views are breathtaking, the amenities are wonderful, the restaurant and bars are terrific, the host is great! Can't say enough good things about this place. We were here to celebrate a special wedding anniversary with our adult children. Everyone wants to come back. We spent hours whale watching on the patio, or from the pools. One could spend the entire vacation at the condo because everything that you need is there to enjoy an amazing Puerto Vallarta vacation. Really close and walkable to the Romantic Zone, but not too close if you want a quiet place with everything you could possibly want.

This property has great views of the bay and town and a nice open floor plan with wide sliding glass door panels. We love the modern vibe and minimalist style. The unit is located right at street level making it very convenient to come and go. The roof top pool is 6 floors up and the lower pool is 7 floors down to the beach. One of the best things is the concierge. They are very helpful arranging tours, taxis, and even covid testing. I highly recommend this unit and we will stay again.

Sayan Beach 7G is a nice condo and the view from the wrap around balcony can't be beat. The building amenities are fantastic, especially the roof top infinity pool. The owner was easy to communicate with and followed up and quickly on any communications. We had 3 couples in the condo and we were all comfortable as everyone had a king bed and a private bath. We enjoyed our stay.

The location can’t be beat, Sayan beach is a beautiful little beach that is a very short walk into town and to the much larger beach with restaurants and all of the beach activities. We spent lots of time just hanging out in the condo because the views were so incredible it was hard to leave! We had everything we needed and then some, it was well stocked! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us Tom we loved it and we will definitely be back!

Spacious, modern, well-appointed corner unit with a huge deck that wraps around the main kitchen/living area. The view from the deck is mesmerizing. The sunsets were especially beautiful, as were the views of Puerto Vallarta illuminated at night. The town is a short walk north via the beach or a low-traffic backstreet. Check-in was super easy. We were briefly disappointed to learn the rooftop deck was closed (I'm sure it's amazing), but that faded pretty quickly when we entered the condo and took in the views. Tom gave us a tour of the place, and thoughtfully left some cold beer and snacks so we could just kick back when we arrived. The ground floor pools were open and very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile for good tippers. They set us up with great deals on in-room massages and mandatory covid tests. The food at the in-house restaurant was great. The gym equipment is in good shape. We really enjoyed the combination of luxury and location offered here. Our stay here was wonderful.

This place was very nice and clean. We were disappointed that the roof top pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. There is an additional pool but it doesn’t get much sun until around 3. We did enjoy the bar and restaurant there , the food is delicious ! Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.
