The location even on the 2nd floor is great cause got could really hear tge water. The corner unit was light and bright. The rooms are all huge, the kitchen awesome and well stocked. Loved the location to the back elevator and the lobby is on the same floor and has coffee in the morning. Great location we were very comfortable.

Lazy River and hot tub need to be cleaned debris in water, sitting areas, and bottom of water. July 8 storm damaged facility causing half the water amenities to be closed. Paid a lot for this rental specifically for all the water activities. 2nd hot tub was not repaired til day 5 of our 5 day stay. If given notice I could have canceled my reservation and stayed somewhere more affordable with all amenities as advertised.

Our room was so spotless, cozy, peaceful from the moment we arrived. They left nothing out, everything you needed was available. I would definitely recommend this place. Loved the security of this complex and how much they took care of us. We really didn’t need to leave for anything but food. Pool, lazy river, game room, kids play room was amazing! We definitely plan on being back with our family!

If you want sleep or to see a good view this is not the condo for you. The walls rattle so loud there is no sleep to be had. They said it was because of the high winds rattling the pipes but when the man at the front desk came down at midnight he had never heard such a thing. The solution the owner gave was turn on the vents in the bathroom which didn't work. Vacasa never called us back!!! The view is grass and a fence. You can hear the ocean but you get to see nothing worth paying for. Other than that the condo is spacious and comfortable. The rattle was just the biggest issue that put a negative impact on our trip.

Our family loved it. We had the pool and lazy river to ourselves throughout most of our stay! It was peaceful and relaxing. We went between the beach and the lazy river. We got great use out of the kitchen as we ate most our meals there. We will definitely come back.

The property was very clean and had a great location, a very short walk to the beach. The condo was a great location and very well maintained. The building could use some updating it has the potential to be beautiful, but needs a little tlc. I really wish there would have been a small market or food option available at the condo. All in all it was a great place for our family, we have 3 young kids and the pools and beach offered great options depending on what was going on.

This is an immaculate and beautifully decorated beachfront condo! Accessibility is perfect—only a few steps from the East End elevator. Diamond Beach Condos have it all—luxury, beauty and fun!

** part of the condo was not cleaned well at all. Lots of hair left and just unclean. All over sink and bathroom floor. The other room was fine. *** the slide was down and I was told it had not been working for a long time. One of the reasons we booked was for the kids to have the water slide. It needs to be advertised that it will not be working. We were extremely disappointed and kids let down.

Everything was sparkling clean. The view of the ocean outstanding and so peaceful. It was located very close to everything--marvelous pools, lazy river, beach access, Galveston entertainment. It was also quiet and safe. We will definitely return and hopefully stay longer next time.

Effortless check-in and check-out procedures. Condo smelt so clean every time we walked in the door. Very well maintained. Floorplan is open and spacious. This is one of our favorite units at Diamond. We loved the game bar and extra Vacasa beach towels for guests. The balcony is better than other units with panorama views. Truly a wonderful stay and we will use Vacasa next time after having horrible experiences with VRBO at other Galveston rentals.

This condo is beautiful but here are a few things that we did not like. There was mold in the shower I didn't feel like they really worked very hard on cleaning that. This condo is directly across from where the dog's use the restroom so you are constantly looking at a stream of dog owners avoiding eye contact as they clean up after their pets. Upon check in we noticed the lack of any toilet paper or paper towels in the condo, so I went down to the front desk where he called the actual owners they immediately referred us to the "property mgmt" team who never answered their phone. So we went to Walmart and purchased our own which at these prices is ridiculous. The air conditioner never really gets the place "cool" at best you get tepid. The arcade on property smelled worse than the gym which is actually one of the best things about the property very spacious and well outfitted workout room. We have stayed on this property before this time and had a very nice time, but I am not sure I would stay here again. I would not recommend this specific condo.

We loved this condo everything was very neat and clean when we arrived- the master bedroom had a purple mattress and was so comfy- the issue we had was taken care of next day - the condo location was very quiet and secluded - this is our favorite property to stay at with our Grandkids they love it here so much to do and everything is over the top clean! Pools are fabulous and the lazy river is our favorite place! Definitely recommend this condo:)

The floor plan was surprisingly spacious with lots of room for our toddler and a great balcony with clean and very usable furniture. I’ve stayed in one of the Pent Houses at Diamon Beach Resort, and I’d have to say I enjoyed this unit just as much if not more than that.
