The large dining area overlooks the large private garden where you can enjoy drinks on a summer's day and the kids can run about and let off some steam. The open plan kitchen and dining area creates a light and airy feel to the property, giving you that home away from home feel.
It is a short trip into Ayr town centre where you can explore all the lively cafes, restaurants and bars that are on offer. And after a busy day, what better way to relax than curling up on the couch and watching a movie with friends and family.
There is a driveway at the front of the property where you can park your car.
