Villa Isabella is a luxury seafront villa with private pool situated on the edge of Stazzo, a characteristic fishing village between Catania and Taormina. Surrounded by large terraces and a well-kept garden, this property with direct sea access boasts an exclusive swimming pool (m 6 x 20) overlooking an outcrop of lava rock and the sea. Refined and elegant, this prestigious property spreads on two levels. On the first floor, reachable by an imposing, external staircase, a spacious entrance hall leads to a comfortable, bright living area with lounge, dining area and kitchen and to five cosy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor, also accessible only from outside, includes a second living room with dining area and kitchen, three further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a games room (table tennis, table football and punch bag). Tastefully furnished with great attention to detail, the villa is fitted with all modern conveniences, such as air conditioning, wi-fi, 4 smart TVs, 2 washing machines and 2 dishwashers. Villa Isabella, besides being ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea, is the perfect base from which to explore the lovely local area. Just a few kilometres away are the Mount Etna’s park, Acireale, Catania, Taormina and Syracuse. A delightful boat trip to the Lachea island and the stacks at Aci Trezza and Aci Castello is not to be missed.

Ground Floor (accessed from outside): large living room with kitchen, sitting and dining area, 1 double bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite tub, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, games room with table tennis, table football and punch bag, veranda, terrace.
Exterior:
1 bathroom with shower, veranda, terraces, gazebo, garden, swimming pool, sun terrace.

Services included: final cleaning, bed linen and towels, water, gas and electricity consumptions, air conditioning, heating.

We stayed during the first week in July with three families and a total of 14 people. There is plenty of room for both privacy and areas to congregate. The home is located in a quaint little town with a couple restaurants, cafes and a bar within walking distance. This is not a touristy area with shopping etc, we were literally the only tourists in the area which we loved. The downside is not many of the locals speak English. The booking process went fairly well. One of the unusual things was they asked for a 2000 euro security deposit via bank transfer. We were a little hesitant so they did alternatively offer to take cash upon arrival and they would return it upon check out. The property itself is stunning. There is a beautiful outside deck upstairs that overlooks the sea and pool with a nice breeze. It's a wonderful place for a morning coffee or glass of wine at night. The kitchen is adequately stocked but not gourmet.The downstairs and upstairs are only connected via an external staircase. AC is wonderful as it was quite hot during our stay.The area seems very safe but the security gates were frequently open. There is a gate to access the sea but it wasn't locked and locals frequently walk along the gate and could easily walk in.There was a lock but no key to unlock it. Our privacy was our only issue. There are security cameras all around and a lady that helps Elvira lives next door and we just felt like we were being watched. Otherwise, amazing.

We had a wonderful trip to Sicily. The pool and water view were amazing. We’ll appointed and a great space to accommodate our two families. Fairly close to Taormina and a local winery. Walking distance to several eateries. Would definitely recommend to larger groups.
