Cozy single story cottage 5 steps to ocean. 3 bedroom 1 bath with attached Master suite with 1 bathroom with private entrance and fabulous view of ocean (4 bedroom, 2 baths total). Cozy single story ground floor cottage 5 steps to ocean. Amenities include Full kitchen with microwave, oven and stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, utensils, dishwasher, glasses, coffee maker, etc., Free High Speed WIFI Internet, Free Digital Cable, 2 TVs', washer/dryer (Coin Laundry), patio with BBQ and reserved parking in tandem for 2 vehicles. It is 1 house off the ocean and 1 1/2 blocks to bay. Parking Space is 100" wide. 1 step up to front door, Slider to private entrance suite is ground floor (no steps). Bathrooms have Showers, No Tubs.

Free High Speed WIFI Internet and Digital Cable. Relax seated on the patio watching the ocean, reading a book or playing a guitar taking in the sunny and breezy air while preparing steaks on the BBQ.
Stay here with us to enjoy the beach and bay. Watch characters stroll the beach. Restaurants, Super Markets, Stores, Pubs, Beach Rentals, Amusement park, Indoor Pool and Health Club are within walking distance. Rentals for Bikes, Boogie Boards, Surfboards etc are extremely close. Toys for the kids onsite as well as other beach supplies and games. Belmont Park is a close stroll away as well. Stay in North Mission Beach and Enjoy the perfect picturesque sunsets everyday.
