Beachfront Apartment for 4 People with Panoramic Sea Views, Large Terrace, and Private Garden Near Cala Marsal and Porto Colom
Experience a modern and stylish front-line apartmentfor 4 people with a large terrace offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Located just 100 meters from the beach, this apartment in a quiet residential areafeatures a private gardenand access to communal swimming poolssurrounded by lush nature.
This spacious home includes two double bedrooms(one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and one single bedroom, along with two full bathrooms with bathtubs. The apartment also boasts a private garden areaand a terrace with a dining table for 6 peoplewith stunning sea views. Enjoy the huge communal pools, perfect for both adults and children. The apartment’s interior is cozy and comfortable, with quality furniture. The living-dining roomopens directly onto the terrace and features a sofa, TV, and a dining table for 6. There's also a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (including a microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, and kettle), and a separate laundry area with a washing machine. Large glass doorsbring in plenty of natural light.
Children will love the surrounding green gardens, ideal for play and relaxation.
Situated in a peaceful location, the apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Cala Marsal beach, the closest sandy bay. Nature lovers will find this an excellent starting point for hikingand bikingthrough the scenic landscapes. Just 500 metersaway lies Porto Colom, known for its beautiful natural harbor, delicious seafood restaurants, and trendy evening bars with live music. For golfers, the Vall d'Or Golf Clubis only 4 km away. During the day, Porto Colom’s harbor is perfect for enjoying boat excursions.
Notes:
- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%.
- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 300€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.
*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)
- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 165 euros.
- The price of electricity to be paid separately - 10€ per day.
- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.
- 1 cot and high chair are free of charge.
- Second unit of cradle - 10 euros per day.
Additional Notes:
- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.
- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.
- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.
- Arrival after hours:
a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;
b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.
- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros.
- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.
- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.
*ATTENTION!
Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.
- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years.
- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.

Electricity went out and the manager sent out a service partner, he found that the hot water heater was tripping the power for the unit, so he unplugged it to restore the power. Once the hot water heater was disconnected we had power back but we no longer had hot water. We dealt with this issue for the last 2 of our 5 days here. Host would not discount the nights when the power went out or when the water heater was disconnected.
Besides that, the place smells heavily like mildew/water damage so if you are sensitive to that smell be careful.
The beds mattress were VERY firm and the bedding felt like very old children's bedding from 30 years ago. New and comfortable bedding would have been an easy way to make the room more comfortable but that was clearly not a concern.
One of the 3 bedrooms said "Private"on the door to note that it was unavailable but it was pictured in the listing photos as available as a third bedroom. It was the size of a closet though, so I'm glad we didn't invite more than people to share the apartment.
On the plus side the host was mostly quick to respond to messages but we still had to deal with the electricity and water problems for 2 days on our trip.
Lastly, the best part about the unit and the main attraction, is the location. You are in walking distance from the main beach in Portocolom and several really good restaurants. That said, everything outside the unit was great, inside, not so much.
