Gigi's Beach House, a gorgeously renovated home that is tucked away in the private, gated Ocean Point community within Wild Dunes Resort, provides its visitors with an ideal location, wonderful community amenities and many luxurious, high end custom finishes. This stunning vacation home is a 3 minute walk to a very quiet section of the Isle of Palms beach and the Ocean Point community pool complex, which features a swimming pool, hot tub, cabana & spacious sundeck. The main living space for Gigi's Beach House is an open floor plan layout on the second floor with hardwood floors, crown molding and bright windows & doors opening to a full back porch overlooking the golf course and community lake. Gigi's Beach House provides the perfect getaway for a group of family or friends, as the numerous gathering & common areas as well as the home's four spacious bedrooms give you and your guests plenty of room to socialize and also provide the option to decompress & relax on your own.

When you enter the front door, you will find an interior staircase to the home's second floor. On this second floor, you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor balcony and a half bathroom. There are also two additional staircases on the second floor. One staircase takes you to the third floor, where you will find the master suite, the second master suite and a guest bedroom suite. The staircase in the living room on the second floor takes you downstairs to the first floor, where you will find a bedroom suite with two queen beds and private porch, a laundry room and another staircase that takes you to the open game room below. The game room has a combined billiards / ping pong table.
Gigi's Beach House is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

Our group of four couples had a fantastic stay at Gigi's Beach House. The setup was great with large communal areas and private baths for each bedroom, and the kitchen was well equipped. We brought beach gear but were pleasantly surprised to find more for our use at the house. Great location a short walk to a very quiet and private feeling section of beach. Communication with Steven was easy and helpful. Would stay there again for another adults-only trip or with our kids.

Gigi’s Beach House was the absolute perfect house for our group of 8! It is beautifully appointed on the inside and had everything we could need!! It was super clean and comfortable! We will definitely be booking here again!

The house was very comfortable, well appointed, and clean. Loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen had everything for a family that cooks breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Loved the extra ice maker. Breakfast on the deck was wonderful. The wagon for the beach was oh, so helpful, too. Lovely home.

We finally decided to do our first whole family trip and four families saved our money to purchase this beautiful home in a gated community with a private pool and beach. We found out upon arrival that the pool/spa was shutdown from the CDC due to a lung disease and that we had no hot water in our house, along with many other issues. We immediately wanted a refund. iTrip has their own refund policy so VRBO cannot do anything about it. I just lost $8000. Don’t book any properties from iTrip!!!

This was a great location for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. It was also close to the beach which was a great bonus for us. The pool was also near by and was great as well. Just be warned there are a lot of stairs, you will definitely get your workout. They also had plenty of beach toys and things for us to us so we didn’t have to fly with it.

The house is gorgeous and looks just like the photos. We were a group of 5 and we had so much room to spread out but also loved that we could all hang together in the kitchen/living space and on the porch. The beach and pool are both steps away, and getting around IOP and into Charleston was very easy with our rental car but also with accessing Ubers when we did not want to drive ourselves. Highly recommend booking for a relaxing, comfortable stay!

My family and I recently stayed in this beautiful home. It was exactly as listed and more. Home was very clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were top notch.
Communication was amazing. We were to arrive the evening Hurricane Idalia was hitting and we received texts advising us to get there before the winds got to bad and shut down the bridge. We also received a text that the home was available prior to 4 pm check in.
Home was stocked with everything we needed, including stuff not listed. Two wine fridges, below cabinet nugget ice maker.
We did have 2 sitings of the local alligator and were thrilled to know the "history" behind him.
Pool, hot tub were so close and we enjoyed relaxing after playing 18 holes of golf right there on property.
If I had to say one negative thing it would be beach chairs were limited. This is clearly stated in the listing and it was the end of the season so we did bring our own. This in no way impacted our rating of the home. Would have paid extra security to be able to use the bikes and elevator but totally understand why they were off limits; however, there was bike rentals nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay, would HIGHLY reccomend this property!

We enjoyed our time at Gigi’s beach house! From the spacious and beautifully decorated interior, to the short walk to the beach and pool! Caretakers were responsive and kind! There was an alligator swimming in the creek behind the house that we affectionately named “Gary”. The kids looked for him everyday and would squeal with delight when they could spot him! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

We were really looking forward to this vacation and thought the house looked great in the pictures, but frankly they don’t do it justice — it’s an immaculate, beautifully set up house that is perfectly set up for a week away with a few families. The interior was sparkling clean, the furnishings all felt new and high quality (especially in the kitchen!), and it was just a few minutes walk to both a nice neighborhood pool and a private beach with few other people on it. The property managers were highly communicative and responsive as well — clearly a professional and considerate group. The only minor issue to consider is that this house is at the far end of a community on the tip of the island, so it takes a few extra minutes to get anywhere, but given how Isle of Palms is laid out it takes a while to travel places anyway, and it’s not a knock on the property at all. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and would encourage anyone interested in IOP or Charleston more broadly to do the same!

We rented Gigi's beach house for my wife to take our college aged daughter and 4 of her friends on spring break. My wife loved that the house was well appointed and maintained with a fully stocked kitchen. She was able to work remotely each day and take long walks each afternoon. The girls loved that it was so close to the beach and to a pool/hot tub and each evening they could also get dressed up and go find dinner. Awesome place in a great location!

We had an amazing time at GiGis Beach House. The home was very well kept, and we would definitely stay here again. We had some issues with the hot water, but the property manager was very prompt in correcting this. It would have been nice if the elevator was in use, but I can completely understand why it’s not for guest use. Overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Gigi's house is amazing. Our daughter moved to Charleston in July so we decided to spend Thanksgiving there. We came from TN and my sister and her family came in from GA. We had 10 total guests and there was ample room, it was so clean and the location was beautiful. We fixed Thanksgiving in the well equipped kitchen. We would recommend anyone staying at this property! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with others.

We loved our week in Gigi’s Beachhouse. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We had an infant with us and were able to accommodate her needs and have plenty of space for everyone to hang out together without worrying about disturbing the baby. The kitchen is terrific and we had virtually everything we needed. The community is great and we loved the seclusion of the beach. All in all, a wonderful time was had by all of us.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. We rented bikes and rode along the beautiful bike trails. While the beach is just a short walk away, the pool is a nice amenity to have, too! In addition, we found the house to be clean and comfortable for all 8 of us. There was plenty of closet and drawer space to enable us to unpack and feel at home on day one.

We stayed here for a family ladies weekend and the house could not have been lovelier. We had 10 people ranging in age from 17 to 75 and everyone loved this trip and this house. The bedrooms are nice and spacious and each have their own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and there are plenty of beach chairs and a nice beach wagon in the garage. The beach and pool areas were both an easy walk and felt very private, no big crowds. We also got to watch beautiful wildlife from the balcony porches: turtles, alligators, deer and birds. I would definitely return to this property and location. Please be aware that there are lots of steps in case anyone in your party has mobility issues. Steven was a good host and quick to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Gigi’s Beach House.

What a great stay we had in IOP! This property had wonderful decks that were great for morning coffee or afternoon relaxation. The beds were comfortable and we melted into the couch! They provided a very well stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed. Having the beach cart came in handy and made it so easy to transport our stuff to and from! We do have a suggestion for the beach gear - providing enough beach chairs for the max amount of people in the house. Similar to the Tommy Bahama ones from Costco. :)

Elevator not working - large number of steep steps between floors. Not recommended for elderly or little kids. Pool table outside, not in the best shape. Overall, place was beautiful. 10 Minutes walk to beach. Probably overpriced but a very nice stay.

Gigi's Beach House was great for our family vacation! The check in process was so easy and convenient and I really liked the communications through text. The house has everything you could want for a week stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking supplies and even had its own ice maker that we all loved using. We had a young infant and it was nice that there was a Pack 'n Play there for us to use. There was everything you would need for a trip to the beach. The community pool was so nice and relaxing and one of our favorite places. The house also has an elevator which was so great for older people who cannot walk up the stairs. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay for their beach vacation!

What a wonderful slice of heaven! GiGis is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Close walk to beach and pool. Located in the more quiet area I’d the resort. Close to golf. Comfortable beds and beach decor. Only recommendation I would have is to try and rent a golf cart to take down to the main part of resort and also to look into chair rentals that set up and take down daily for you.
