Luigi Visconti in the early 1900s took over a small winery and then started his own business in the city center in the 1930s. The area was facing the lake and as it benefited from an extraordinary view he decided to build his own home as well. The ground floor was dedicated to cellars and the production of wine and on the upper floors he realized the dream of living in a beautiful place and creating a large family. The photograph of the 1930s building is visible in the gallery.
The renovation of the building, completed in 2021, also kept the original construction inside as far as possible. There are the stairs in fine marble, the railings with wrought iron decorations, the windows with precious and colored glass and the ceilings of the attic frescoed by artists of the time.
The apartments all rigorously with spectacular views, take their name from the wines produced by the Visconti family, are a jewel of comfort and technology, below is the detailed description of the apartment you are viewing:
LUIGI VISCONTI:
The LUIGI VISCONTI apartment on two levels and a four-room apartment represents perfection for families. The apartment has 3 bedrooms arranged as follows: Double suite with en-suite bathroom, room with French bed, single room, LUIGI VISCONTI offers an excellent overnight stay for 4 people, to which two other residents can be added using the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. At the entrance we find the living room with the dining room, balcony with a unique lake view, next to the kitchen in a separate room complete with all the latest generation appliances with induction hob. In the basement there is a service bathroom with washing machine and dryer. We go upstairs and discover the previously described night area, all three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and electrically opening roof for one night ... under the stars. In the middle of the bedrooms there is a third comfortable bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in all rooms, smart TV with satellite channels and access to all the most popular apps such as netflix, youtube, amazon video, safe, WI-FI, high-speed connection complete the description. of this wonderful and exclusive suite for an unforgettable dream vacation. The parking can be booked on request and is about 300 meters from the property. On the other hand, excellent and convenient public car parks are located in the immediate vicinity. The check-in time for this apartment is from 15:00 to 19:00, for arrivals from 19:00 until 23:30 there is a supplement of 50.00 euros
This apartment is subject to the payment of a security deposit of Euro 300. The deposit will be collected upon check-in and released in cash on the day of departure if there is no material damage.

Whilst we were very impressed with the location of the apartment and the cleanliness and large space, close to everything with beautiful outlooks of the lake, we found the Stayz overview inaccurate. Our group of 3 couples understood the 3 rooms can occupy 6 people would suggest at least a double bed in each room, however they have counted the lounge room as a bedroom. Two rooms had single beds only. The description overstates the occupancy. Whilst the location was amazing, it was also noisy on the weekends. Our stay was still amazing and memorable despite the challenge with lack of beds for our group.
