Located near the shores of beautiful Canyon Lake-- the gem of Texas Hill Country-- Sweet Retreat is an immaculate three bedroom, two bathroom home in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of space indoors to enjoy your company while watching TV, cooking, having coffee or tea or just hanging out independently while reading a book.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious bedrooms (2 Queens, King and 2 Full Beds) offer luxury bedding and mattresses that provide an optimal and comfortable night’s sleep after the long days of enjoying the pool and outdoors or Canyon Lake. The fully fenced in outdoor space features gorgeous oak trees that provide an abundant amount of shade, an above ground swimming pool , covered patio.

There is tons to do on Canyon Lake, like rent a jet ski, boat, kayak, or paddle board! If you need assistance, we can help! Take a drive through the rolling hills of Canyon Lake and take in all the beauty. Go on a hike on Canyon Dam or local trails. There are tons of delicious restaurants— there’s truly something for everyone here!

Minutes away is Comal Park where they offer an exceptional beach area for swimming, picnic tables, children’s playground, public restrooms and 2 boat ramps. Lakeside Golf Course is also minutes away if you want to sneak in a round of golf.

Tubing the Horseshoe on the Guadalupe River is a 10 minute drive. Less than 10 miles east is the White Water Amphitheater, which is a hot spot for live bands and music of all genres.

Historic Gruene and New Braunfels is a short 20 minute drive that can't be missed. While in Gruene, you can shop all the local shops, enjoy an ice cream cone, and then visit the Gristmill for lunch or go two-stepping at the Historic gruene Dance Hall. While in New Braunfels, you can enjoy the world's greatest water park, Schlitterbahn, or plop a tube down in the Comal River that is crystal clear and stays 72 degrees year round.

In the opposite direction, you can visit Wimberley and Blanco for some fun shopping, wine tasting, or brewery tours!

The terms of our Guest Agreement are intended to help you enjoy a safe, reliable, and convenient stay. The Guest Agreement sets out the terms of your booking with us if you have booked a short-term rental (without a lease agreement). Please carefully read the agreement before signing or booking our rental through our website or a 3rd party booking platform like Airbnb or VRBO. Guest Agreement
Prestige Vacation Rentals LLC (hereafter referred to as "Prestige", "we", "us", or "our") provides rental management and marketing services on behalf of homeowners ("Owners") who rent their properties (including the associated fixtures and furnishings) (the "Home") to guests (the "Guest" or "you") seeking accommodations on a short term or long-term basis (collectively, the "Services"). We are the Owner's property manager and authorized marketing agent, who will perform the Services related to your reservation. By using the Home and Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this guest agreement (the "Agreement"). This agreement only applies to both short term rentals and long term leased rentals.

Policies or "House-Rules"
Please treat our Owner's Home with the care you would at your own home and abide by the following policies:

1. Zero Tolerance and Respect the Community Policy: Behave as you would in any home in which you live, with respect for the property you are renting and the neighborhood for which the property is located. We have a zero-tolerance policy If any disrespect is reported to us regarding disrespect to the home, property, neighborhood, and neighbors in the community. We will immediately require you to leave the property without a refund if this policy is not followed accordingly.

2. Age Requirements and 3rd Party Reservations Policy: You must be over the age of 25 to book any Prestige Vacation Rentals LLC Property. No individual or entity is allowed to book or make a reservation on behalf of someone (3rd Party bookings) for any rental property for individuals who are under the age of 25. Additionally, no individual is allowed to book any property for any other individuals if they will not be physically staying at the property themselves. Simply put, the person making the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

3. Check-In and Check-Out Policy: For Prestige Vacation Rentals LLC properties, check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. If you fail to check-out by 11 AM, a $250 late check-out fee will be charged at any property managed by Prestige Vacation Rentals LLC. We will never be able to guarantee a late check-out or an
early check-in. You must coordinate this with us prior to your arrival.

4. Cleaning Policy: Each home will be cleaned and inspected by third-party cleaning contractors before your arrival and after departure. We ask you to help us assist the cleaning crews as much as possible. They will appreciate simple things such as leaving home tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash. Please use common courtesy at home by keeping it clean, reporting any problems or damages, washing dishes as used, taking garbage to the outside bins, leaving towels in the bathrooms and sheets in the bedrooms, and not rearranging furniture.

5. Extra Guests Policy: For any property that sleeps over six individuals, for each additional Guest, an additional fee of $10 per Guest per night will be charged and added to your reservation after booking.

6. Rooftop Decks, Patios, Stairs, Grills, Pools Hot Tubs and Recreational Equipment of Any Kind Policy: If the Home that you have reserved includes a Rooftop Decks, Patios, Stairs, Grills, Pools, Hot Tubs and Recreational Equipment of Any Kind, these can all be very dangerous and hazardous. Guests should observe and adhere to all rules and policies prior to checking into the property and supervise all children at all times when staying at the property. Decks, Patios, and Stairs can be slippery when wet and/or icy and can result in injury to anyone who is not careful. Grills must be used by Guests only over the age of 25. No Guests under the age of 25 may have access to the Grills. Any Guests under the age of 18 must-have adult supervision at all times when utilizing Pools. All Guests and persons at the property accept and assume all risks involved in or related to the use of Rooftop Decks, Patios, Stairs, Grills, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Recreational Equipment of Any Kind. Prestige Vacation Rentals LLC nor its Owners will not be liable for any personal injury that occurs while staying at the rental home.

7. Excessive Wear and Tear and Cleanliness Policy: If intentional excessive wear and tear are found at the home during or after Guests' stay, or if any additional cleaning is necessary due to intentional spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture, damaged items, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes Prestige Vacation Rentals LLC to charge the Guest for additional fees. The tenant will be provided with a receipt for any additional fees incurred upon request or as required by local laws or regulations. In addition to repayment of any Excessive Wear and Tear, Noise, and Occupancy, if we have to charge the Guest for additional fees, a service fee of $100 will be assessed for damages under $1000, and a minimum $500 for damages over $1000.

The home was comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was the step for the pool not being very secure. Otherwise the home was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely go back!

The house is roomy. It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The decor was attractive. On the other hand, we did not like the TV package at all. It was too hard to figure out. It did not have premium channels. Missed our cable news programs. No instructions for the stove and dish washer. We thought the steps in the pool were unsafe. They are floating steps weighed down with some stones. The steps are not connected to the pool and there is no handrail. For us, that was a problem. We thought the house would be much closer to the lake but not so. Overall, the house was nice, very comfortable. It’s located near restaurants and market. We enjoyed the deck area as well. If there was better access to the pool, we would stay there again.

Great property. Backyard was big enough to entertain our family. Nice inviting set up in the patio. The Inside of the house was really put together I felt like I was in my own home. Owners really made the home nice and cozy. I’ve rented homes before but other rentals made it feel like it was just one more rental with any type of furniture they could find to put in it. I would recommend this home!!!!!

This spot was perfect for our trip of 8 people total. Being so close to everything made life easier with our kids! Plus, the amenities of the house were perfect for our stay. Highly recommend and will return!

This home had everything we needed. Toiletries, extra towels, TV's in every room, cleaning supplies, 2 types of coffee pots, and plenty of room to sleep 10 people. Even in the hot summer, the back deck was very comfortable due to all the ceiling fans. Not to mention, my grandkids loved the above ground pool. We all enjoyed it but it was nice that the kids could stand up in it. Additionally, this property is located just minutes away from grocery, drugstores, restaurants, etc. Perfect Location.
