You'll love being within walking distance of Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park.
Make yourself at home in the welcoming living area, featuring a sofa bed and 42-inch TV. Whip up tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances. Gather for meals around the dining table. This two-story condo features a bedroom, a loft, and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Find ultimate comfort in the bedroom, complete with a TV. The en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The upstairs loft has two twin beds, a TV with a DVD player, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bathroom features a walk-in shower. Complimentary WiFi, beach chairs, and a washer/dryer are provided.
Relax on the back deck and enjoy verdant golf course views. Sizzle steaks on the gas grill and dine alfresco. Splash in the seasonal, saltwater pool and soak in the shared hot tub. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina, LLC.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
