A sofa and two armchairs provide ample plush seating around the 43-inch TV. A festive tiki bar and a wood-burning fireplace add to the allure. Watch favorite TV shows in the second living area; a twin daybed with a twin trundle provides additional comfy sleeping space. The game room features a felt-top card table and well-stocked bookshelves. Chefs will appreciate the newly updated kitchen. Sip drinks at the island bar for two while your meal simmers away on the gas range. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table.

The screened back deck features a beautifully furnished seating area, creating an inviting lounge, while the gas grill is ideal for barbecuing tasty meals. So warm and welcoming. Online pictures did not do it justice. Area was quiet and beautiful. Deck and enclosed sunroom is so cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room for game night. Eat in kitchen well equipped and perfect for breakfast. Beds all comfy, everyone slept so well. This trip will be such a nice family memory. We would love to return.

Nice big home with a beautiful view of the pond. Enjoyed the back deck quite a bit but bring bug spray. The dishwasher that was a complaint on previous reviews has been replaced and works well. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The home is a good size and less expensive compared to others that size. Furniture could stand to be updated but we expected that for the price. Do note that one of the bedrooms only has accordion style dividers that do course not is on the 1st floor and are not soundproof. That is the one that has a twin and trundle.

This house has lots of room for your family to spread out and enjoy. The marsh views are great from multiple rooms. The kitchen layout is nice and has a large gas cooktop. Great for families looking for a comfortable vintage house.

Very nice house. Roomy which is important when traveling with children. 3 king beds was a plus with for adults. Plenty of space to store food. Well equipped kitchen. The deck and screen porch were pleasant.

Everything was Great. Got email for car passes after we left home asked for them to be left at entry gate. People at entry gate, VERY RUDE!! Not helpful or willing to help. Talked down to us and hateful. Treated us like we should not be there or like we were not good enough to be there. We have stayed at several houses on Kiawah, had good time, houses always nice, clean. When passes were asked to be at gate, attendee, Very rude.

Went to check in and house had not been clean ( dirty beds, towels on floor, dirty kitchen, food on the floor!) Had no gas for the house!! ( no showers or use of stove). No gas grill ( had 4 empty gas tanks!) terrible service!!! As of now no compensation !!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house.. It was beautiful inside out. Great location. However I wish the amenities provided were as great as the house.. the dishwasher just dint work at all. We had to re-do all the dishes so it was a big bummer for us as we had to waste our time cleaning dishes.. we also dint find the pool table and only thing available were the sticks.

The house is spacious and comfortable. The beach is about a mile away which worked for us as we biked but might be a problem for some.

This home is perfect for multi families. The 3 king sized beds plus other bedrooms make for a perfect week vacation at the beach. We love the large screened in porch- especially on rainy days. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We have enjoyed this home for 10 years.
