About this house rental
This home is large, comfy, clean, and right in the heart of Rapid City! We're just minutes from downtown, and only 40 minutes from Mt Rushmore! Our home has a large open kitchen, huge couch, 55-inch smart TV, large fenced-in backyard with a charcoal grill, firepit, and plenty of cozy space for everyone! We've gone to great lengths to make sure that everything you'll need for your stay is provided: including dishes, pans, coffee, washer & dryer, and plenty of towels! Take a look and book now!

Our spacious, family-friendly home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and plenty of room for large or medium-sized groups. With fast Wi-Fi for streaming, a 55" smart TV in the living room, and a smart TV in the master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom, our home is designed for comfort and convenience. Guests can choose from a variety of bed types, including two soft beds and one firm bed, and enjoy the ease of self-check-in with the added reassurance that we’re just a few minutes away if needed.
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and features a large, fenced-in backyard, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. The outdoor space is ideal for relaxing with a firepit, patio chairs, and a charcoal grill for cooking your favorite meals. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, cookware, and dining essentials, along with a 6-person dining table for group meals.
Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the master bedroom (complete with a smart TV and en suite bathroom), queen beds in the second and third bedrooms, and a futon in the upstairs room that converts into a full bed. We also provide a Pack 'n Play for little ones.
For your convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, complimentary toiletries, and essential amenities such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating. All sheets are crisp, 100% cotton, and bath towels are thick and luxurious. Parking is a breeze, with access to a 2-car garage available upon request.
Between each guest's stay, our dedicated team diligently cleans and prepares the property for your arrival. We take the utmost care to ensure every surface is immaculate and that all linens are crisp and fresh.

Cancellation policy:
We offer free cancellation or 100% refund amount of payable if you cancel 30 days before check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

Additional rules
1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.
2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.
3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved
4. Follow state laws when using fire pit
5. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.
6. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.
7. For noise complaints
7.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
7.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
8. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.
Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher)
Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the carpet). All damages will also be charged to guest.
* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200.
*Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.

Disappointed with the property. Many stains on couches, chairs, shower curtains; damages in couple of the doors, smoke detector in hallway not hooked up, toilets extremely hard to flush, lights not working, TV not working; beds are not comfortable, weeds outside, no lock on the master bath; many pictures of all these items and more. We left after 2 days and didn’t come back. We did communicate with the owners about the issues on the third day after finding another place to stay. The owners will not refund any money. Their claim was that I told them about this on the third day instead of the first day. Fact is we got in late after long day and the next day we were gone until very late. We felt disgusted and not comfortable. The most important part, is it should never been left like this in the first place! No excuse why the property was like this and being that their management team is in the same city, why didn’t they have all these items fixed?

The location is great! Nice, quiet neighborhood, within easy driving distance of all the sights. My 84 year old dad was traveling with us. He has some mobility issues and food intolerances. The big kitchen allowed us to easily prepare our meals and the first floor bathroom was perfect when quick trips were needed. The property managers made the entire process so easy. They were even aware of an issue with the air conditioning before we were and had it fixed at no inconvenience to us. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location for a Black Hills vacation. Plenty of room and all the furniture was comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and seemed quite safe.
When we arrived the dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty and there was no dishwasher detergent. The rug was dirty and vacuum didn't work well. Also some dusty furniture. Description says plenty of towels - we had 5 for 4 people. There was also no toiletries as listed and no hair dryer. The kitchen had the bare minimum - only a few drinking glasses (but plenty for wine!)
All in all we had a great stay and would recommend. But would pack a hair dryer and wash cloths. Space, comfort and location outweigh missing amenities.

This is a nice sized house and very very clean. I really appreciated the communication with the host as they were very helpful and quick to respond. I always appreciate a nice place to stay when I’m away from home and this was a very safe place to do that. The things that could be improved as I have expressed to the host was the welcome basket could of been more thoughtful, more blankets available, and a book that has the WiFi and other info about things to do. And I say a book because some of our guests weren’t tech savvy.
Lastly, make sure your refundable deposit gets refunded to you. Mine didn’t after 2 months so I have had to ask for it and that is why I only gave a 4 star. !

Our stay was beyond amazing! The house was more than we expected! It was huge! Well maintained! Plenty of space for everyone! Everyone felt so comfortable and literally felt at home! The kitchen had everything we might have needed and more! Plenty of bathrooms for everyone! We will definitely be telling our friends about this place and we will be back!! Loved!

This house was clean and spacious for our group of 6. We were very comfortable and able to relax in the evenings watching a movie. The 3 bedrooms were nicely done, closet space and room to unpack.
We were in a great location for Mt Rushmore, Jewel Cave, Reptile Gardens, Keystone, Sturgis/Deadwood, and much more!
Look forward to staying here again if we pass through.

The property was just as advertised. It was centrally located to all of the sites we wanted to visit. Lots of restaurant options nearby as well as shopping. It was easy to find too. Enjoyed our time there & highly recommend it.
