This was our first experience using VRBO. Our host was gracious and helpful from time of booking to check in and check out. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. It met all of our expectations. I may never stay in a hotel again!!!

The home was very clean and offered plenty enough space for 6 adults. It was in the perfect locations for all our sight seeing. We also liked that the home was properly stocked with toilet paper, towels, dishwashing and clothing detergent. Very easy check in process! Hostess was very easy to reach with any questions. Highly highly recommend this VRBO location if you are staying in the Rapid City area.

Near the beautiful Canyon Lake and Chapel in the Hills, this cozy property was perfect for the four adults in our party. The kitchen was well equipped, and the living spaces were attractive and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the deer and rabbits that came to the yard and the peaceful neighborhood setting. Lori, our host, was very communicative and ready to help if anything was needed. We had everything we needed, so we did not call her, but she made it clear she was available. I recommend this very nice property for families or groups of adults.

There was a small plumbing problem and the owners were quick to take care of the situation and very pleasant to work with. This home is very comfortable and in a real quite location with the lake nearby for a nice walk and we also experienced a deer family on the front yard..real ones not lawn ornaments. Great spot...with room for everyone in our family of adults!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was in a very quiet neighborhood away from the city lights and noise, but was still convenient to area attractions. If we ever return to the area will be looking at this house again.

This was a perfect property for our family of 5 for our recent Black Hills vacation. The property was very clean, updated, spacious, comfortable, and the location was great for accessing all the area has to offer. The house was stocked with plenty of necessities, and the host communication was great. Definitely recommend this property for your stay.

The house was exactly as stated. It was very well laid out and comfortable for our stay. The property manager was amazing. We accidentally locked ourselves out and she was back within 2 minutes. The location was perfect for all the places we wanted to visit. I would give this house the highest recommendation.

This house was everything and then some! It was perfect for our mixed age group which ranged from teens to senior. And provided a launch pad for our daily jaunts taking in what SD has to offer. Our host, Lori, was accessible and great to work with from the beginning to end of our stay.

Nice location for us while on our vacation! Just brought food and all other kitchen needs were there to fix meals. Did laundry during our stay. Saw mule deer nightly in the yard. Canyon lake was a nice place to walk around.

This place was just perfect! Spacious! CLEAN! Everything you need! The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy. When we got there, my 3 year old and 7 year old found the toys right away and that kept them plenty busy while the adults got everything settled in. I would absolutely rent this place again!

Check in process was super simple! Neighborhood was quiet and safe. House was stocked with what we needed to make a yummy meal. Beds were comfortable. Only thing my girls mentioned was TVs could be bigger as they watched movies. Overall works great, host was easy to work with.

My husband and I originally booked this home for a Thanksgiving holiday. We wanted to have our own place as his family gathered. We arrived to find the home immaculately clean and filled with light and Christmas decorations, including a Christmas tree. Lori had even provided fresh bagels and cream cheese. The home is more spacious than we had anticipated. It is decorated beautifully and comfortably. When my husband’s elderly father fell and had to be hospitalized, we needed to extend our stay. Lori was so kind and helpful and facilitated our extension without any effort from us. She was extremely kind and caring during this difficult time for us. The home was light filled and spacious and had everything we needed for our two week stay. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the neighborhood is wonderful for beautiful, peaceful walks. We plan to return to this home when we come back to Rapid City to see our family again soon. Thank you so much for your kindness, Lori. Your beautiful home was a comfort to us.

We rented this home while visiting our son at college. The home was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of five. Our youngest loved all the games and puzzles offered. Every morning their was wildlife, either turkey or deer, in the yard to observe. TV is a little small for the size of the living room/kitchen so not ideal for a movie night but comfy couches to watch from. Great location to all things Rapid City and the Black Hills. Our family went out walking and enjoyed the near by lake. Beds were comfy and having two bathrooms on opposite sides of the home was great.

Thoroughly enjoyed are stay here! Loved the location -Chapel neighborhood is so peaceful! House very nice- updated and spacious. We made several meals and kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Spacious one floor house. Very clean and up to date. Great location for seeing the Black hills area. Generally about an hour from most sight seeing places, Custer state park, badlands, Deadwood, and maybe 5 to 10 minutes drive to downtown Rapid city. The bed we slept in was very comfortable. We liked all the ceiling fans too. Great kitchen, all set up for cooking. Very comfortable, we would stay here again.

The calm and serene decorating style of this home is a treat in itself! Beds very comfortable. Everything we needed to enjoy our time together. The location was awesome...so quiet. We watched the deer come into the neighborhood each morning. Sat outside for coffee on the back side of the home. We really did hit the jackpot with this one! Thank you!

This house was perfect for our two families to stay in for the weekend! They even have a pack and play, high chair, and toys for the little ones! Also, a Roku you can sign into your personal streaming services on and it asks for your checkout date and automatically logs you out. This was a perfect home away from home. A bonus for us is we have family in Rapid City and this house was very close to their house!

Quiet residential area near the lovely park with lake and trails. Also very near the Norwegian style wooden church that is well worth a visit. Owner was VERY responsive to our calls about this and that. Only caveat is for summer travelers, I do not think the listing made clear that only one half of the house has air conditioning vents . One half of house does but two bedrooms and a second living room do not (although they do have wall heating units) and if you want to sleep with your door closed, it got pretty warm and stuffy in the back bedroom, even with ceiling fan. But all in all, I give it a high rating.

Very quiet neighborhood! Friendly deer in the mornings and night was cute since we had an infant. It was close to attractions which was nice! The space is very clean and minimal which was nice so then you don’t feel like you’re staying in someone’s house while they are away for a weekend.

This newly redone 3 bedroom was perfect for our family for a quick trip exploring the Black Hills and Badlands. The house was in excellent condition having been recently redone and was very clean. It had plenty of room for our family of 6 and getting in and out was a breeze. The location enabled us to easily explore the Black Hills and Badlands while providing local amenities such as groceries etc in Rapid City. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.
