We were in town to visit my daughter and son in law that live in Yipsilanti. This was a great place to stay. We had plenty of room to hang out and visit. It was cheaper than a hotel and we were able to be together without cramming into one hotel room. The property was clean and the description was spot on. The kitchen had a good variety of dishes and cooking supplies. There were plenty of towels and linens. The bedrooms were spacious. The only issue we had was the beds were a little soft for our taste, but that's a matter of personal preference.

We stayed for a swim camp, and the house was fantastic. There were ample bedrooms, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked!

Everything was clean and well stocked. The lock was very easy to operate. We only wish there had been a gas grill outside. Otherwise very happy with our stay.

A group of 8 family members stayed here for our son’s wedding. We were only a few miles from the venue (Cobblestone Farm) and in a quiet neighborhood. This home was perfect. It had everything we needed.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Checking in was easy, the home was clean and comfortable, A/C was great and we appreciated the spaciousness of the home. We will definitely stay here again when back in this area.

Very comfortable and great location for our family. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space. Kitchen had all the cooking utensils and pots/pans you could ever need. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property. House was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of parking , plenty of towels, plenty of room Host communication was wonderful. No issues. Really cute porch - wish we had more time to enjoy. We stayed for UM commencement. Drive was easy. No hairdryer which was unexpected but thankfully my daughter brought hers

This was home was perfect for our Easter visit to see our son and a few of his friends in Ann Arbor. Jevit was quick with his responses to our needs and accommodated an early check in! So close to everything we needed to do outside of the home. Lots of room and a great layout! Thank you! Would definitely recommend!

This house was very convenient to the U of M hospital and campus. The neighborhood was great and right around the corner from restaurants and grocery stores.

We utilized the home for our family for a wedding weekend. The neighborhood was nice and easy to get there, conveniently located to many things. The house was very clean and well stocked w the essentials, such as shampoos, soaps and paper products and extra linen and pillows. This was especially important as we’re from Florida so not used to cold weather. Check-in and check-out was so simple. One of the nicest features was the game room/porch area. Great place for hanging out and playing games, even in the cool weather, would be perfect place during the summer as well. They had a nice game selection. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement, the only thing would be maybe some additional kitchen utensils as there was only one spatula and only one cooking pan. But for just the basic cooking we did, it was fine.

The house was awesomme. Very clean, spacious, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Lots of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. One suggestion would be a blowdryer!Exactly as advertised, better than expected. Highly recommend to stay here! The door code didnt work upon arrival but Jevit was very quick to respond and it was resolved quickly.

This is a great home. Lots of room and plenty of amenities. My husband and my dog had a nice time. When we checked in we noticed a smell that was pretty distinct. It was from the less people who stayed at the house. They had smoked and smoked weed. It was definitely a smell that is hard to get rid of. The owner came over with air purifiers which helped with the smell a bit. The furnishings in the living room and dinning room could be updated and some table lamps would be helpful in the living room. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely stay here again. The owner was very nice and very responsive to our needs. Thank you.

This house is nestled in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Accommodations were great too! Included all of the necessities, the variety of games offered were fun, and the beds we're very comfortable. The owner was very clear with instructions for check in and check out. I would highly recommend.
