Located just 100 yards from the ocean and offering amazing views of the lighthouse and downtown St. Augustine from the wraparound balcony, this ground-floor Vilano Beach getaway is a terrific option for that next family beach vacation! Sip crisp drinks on the deck, or refresh with a dip in the brand-new shared pool!

Inside this sunny and inviting home, you'll find a great room with a vaulted ceiling, a kitchenette, a dining table for meals or game nights, and a spacious living area with a large sectional and one of three TVs.

Head outside to the shaded patio, where you can fire up the gas grill and indulge in an alfresco experience in the Florida sunshine.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Just a short walk to beach. A short drive to Historic downtown St. Augustine.. Publix is just 2 minute drive away. Clean House and A Nice Shareable Pool in back with lots of seating outside! We stayed 4th of July week in the Bungalow on the bottom. Guest on Top didn't even know they were there most of the time! Air Conditioner was great to come back to after a long day to just relax! Easy access code to get in. Most definitely will stay here again.

arrived to this home at 10 pm after being transferred out of another home due to the neighborhood not being safe and was locked out of home an entire night. code given opened a lock box at the back door that had a key that opened the door knobs but not the deadbold. the e-lock did not work. called and called and got 2 other codes which did not work. had to spend the night in a hotel for which they said they would reimburse as well as the first night, and for the food that got ruined in the cooler. to this day, no one has reached out to me. I have emailed and texted. terrible property management company
