Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.
Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Everything about this apartment was perfect. Quiet Street and you never would have known there were other people staying on the same property. Can't beat being withing walking distance of pretty much everything Mystic. Mike was easy to communicate with, sent clear instructions for checking/in checking out. He even sent recommendations for places to go in the area. We will definitely be booking here again in the future! 11/10 recommend!!

Top notch apartment walking distance from downtown Mystic. Modern furniture and accommodations. Our host was there to greet us when we arrived and he was very accommodative throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property next time you are in Mystic!

This property is a wonderful place to stay. 5 stars for cleanliness and class. It's only a 5 minute walk to center city Mystic so close to all you need including restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this for any couples.

This is a fantastic property and a huge reason is Mike, the host. Mike responded immediately to requests which is absolutely the best service we’ve experienced at any hotel or vacation rental. We were in the hospitality business for many years and recognize that Mike a true professional. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable and helpful about things to do in the area. The unit is perfect: lots of windows, plenty of space for 2 people, wonderful kitchen and appliances, pleasant outdoor seating area, and a great location. We will definitely stay again.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable. Very close to the main street through Mystic. Easy walking distance to the scenic Mystic River and iconic drawbridge, restaurants Including Mystic Pizza, and shopping. Recently renovated apartments in modern style in a historic building (1843 Conference House for Second Baptist Church). The owner, who must have the gift of hospitality, has thought of every convenience for a comfortable stay.

Lovely apartment. Ideally located in the heart of Mystic. You can walk just about everywhere but be aware it’s a steep hill coming back from anywhere. The owner was extremely accommodating. I would stay there again.

This rental checks all the boxes - location, condition,
and style. Although the square footage “read” small, my husband and I found the layout to be very comfortable, and we loved the private
patio off the kitchen. The unit is spotless and handsomely equipped. We would definitely rent again.

This renovated gem has a contemporary but cozy vibe to it (We were sold with the Easter Island Tiki head). Everything was new-ish and fresh, comfortable, spotless and well stocked. Add to this that we could WALK to most downtown spots, including the seaport museum, and enjoy Mystic at a leisurely pace without the car parking hassle. Yet in spite of being around the corner from commercial shops, the apartment was amazingly quiet. I would highly recommend this for any 1-2 guests looking for a great, centrally located space to stay while exploring Mystic!

Beautifully appointed apartment a short walk from everything downtown Mystic has to offer. Spotlessly clean, off street parking with modern comfortable furniture throughout. Host was communicative and helpful and check in/out was easy peasy. Most highly recommend. Only thing I would ask for is a traditional drip coffeemaker, though the Nespresso style machine was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Cheers!

The location and lodging are wonderful, right next to downtown and accessible by foot The decoration and furnishings are top-notch and Mystic is a great town to visit in any season. Michael was very helpful with all aspects of the rental.

This was our second time staying at this property. It is perfect for two people. Everything is new and very clean. So easy to walk downtown to shops and restaurants. Communication with host is excellent. Highly recommend.

The location is prefect-just a short walk down to the bridge and about 1 mile to the Seaport. The apartment was well appointed, clean and very pleasant. We stayed at an upstairs unit last summer and this one was just as nice!

We stayed in this cozy and comfortable apartment over Thanksgiving and it was absolutely perfect. When we walked in, I was thrilled to find the cutest Christmas tree on the counter that was the perfect night light. The location is great, just a very short walk to restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself is pristine and beautifully appointed. There was shampoo, soap, lotion and even Q-tips. A hair dryer and iron/ironing board too. The kitchen had delicious coffee and tea and even a package of fancy chocolate croissants. I could go on and on. I can't forget to mention our wonderful host Mike. I couldn't have asked for better communication. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Beautiful space even nicer than the photos. Everything seems brand new. Good sized rooms, lots of great daytime light, an outdoor area to read or have drinks. Neighborhood is quiet and just steps away from downtown Mystic--around the corner from Sift bakery and Young Bun donuts (YUM!) and lots of great places for food and drink. Terrific location--lots of historic houses within walking distance. Mike gave us great suggestions for places to see--we really enjoyed Stoneington. Lots of antique shops. We feel renewed and refreshed after just two days.

Cleanliness is important to us, and this rental delivered in every way. Besides being immaculate it was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the convenience of walking to town to the many shops and restaurants. Loved every minute of our stay on High Street.

I can’t say enough about all the great things about it: it was so meticulously clean, amazingly decorated (!!!), totally comfortable, and everything one could ever need was provided. This lovely place was convenient to everything and just a short walk to downtown. Mike gave us a list of neat things that we could do and see and we were so happy with those. We had such an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

We rented this apartment for a 2 day birthday getaway. It was lovely. The apartment was so clean and comfortable. The set up and use of space is impressive. There were other guests there but we never saw them. The apartment is walkable to many shops and restaurants.So fun!!

We try to stay at different places when visiting Mystic. This was the best so far! Great interior and exterior! Just right for two! We could walk easily to shops/restaurants and come back to a quiet evening. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We 100% recommend this VRBO!

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. You can walk to all restaurants and shops in downtown mystic. Only took the car out once to drive to Watch Hill for the day (25 min drive).
Apartment feels new. Communication with host was very easy. Highly recommend.
