it exceeded all my expectations. The home was very spacious, providing ample room for everyone with plenty of beds, all of which were super comfy. The couches were also extremely cozy, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, making meal preparation a breeze. What truly set this rental apart were the unbeatable views. Waking up to see Mount Washington and Carter Ridge right from the windows was simply breathtaking. The location was perfect—just a short distance from Attitash and conveniently close to the nearby downtown area. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This rental truly made our trip unforgettable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

The size and location of the condo are nice and the kitchen is well stocked but that is where the good ends. When we checked into the condo the temperature inside was 87 degrees with 80% humidity. There is no A/C in the condo and it was so humid that the rugs throughout the condo were damp. My son stayed in the lower level and all his clothes were damp after 3 days. The condo was so humid the bread we bought on the day we got there was moldy in 3 days. The condo has no Wifi or cable. This is very uncommon and should be clearly stated in the booking. The condo has a wifi router in the living room and a TV in the main living room and downstairs but apparently the owners don’t want to pay for wifi when they aren’t there. There are also no blinds or shades in the upstairs bedrooms so as soon as the sun is up your room is filled with light. While it is a nice sized condo in a good location, it is not worth the price.

This had amazing views of foliage. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. The wii and lower living area was a bonus. The woodstove was great to get the chill out after a day of Atv riding. Thinking I may book again next fall.
