The house was prefect for us all 4 adults. Centrally located to anything you could possibly need. Carwash, Walmart, and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Will be back, The Smith'S

The house was really clean and well supplied (even some kids games and books!) The towels were super soft and the beds had plenty of pillows and blankets. The neighborhood was quiet and our kids loved the little free library down the street. We had a wonderful visit and like other reviewers mentioned, communication with the owner was great!

Home was cool on our arrival, spotless and very welcoming. Had a great time shopping, eating and relaxing at the house. If they have the Market on Saturday don’t miss it, it was wonderful!

This was a great property. It was clean, great furnishings and well equipped. Best VrBo we’ve ever stayed at. Would highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again. Great communication with the host as well.

We spent 24 days at this lovely property in early 2024. Communication with Octavio was excellent; always prompt responses. Immaculately clean. This house is fully equipped with the little things (spices in the kitchen!) that made it seem like home. We appreciated the comfortable bedding and spacious en suite bath with walk-in closet. The house is located in a safe, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood (two persons stopped to welcome us as we unpacked the car) with easy access to Las Cruces and White Sands/Alamogordo locations. This was a great experience. We would definitely choose this home again.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Bedding was incredibly comfortable. The third bedroom with a trundle bed that did not pull out to a king. It was two twins, one elevated, and one on the floor. Was not what I expected but it actually worked out better. Great place. Great host.

This farm house in Las Cruces was absolutely everything one could imagine. Octavio was the most beautiful host we could have dreamed of. Was prompt, informative and answered any questions we had with absolute quickness. Just can't say enough about this place. STAY HERE is our recommendation.

We were in town for my nephew's graduation from NMSU. My family of 3 and my parents enjoyed the comfort and relaxation of this beautiful home in between festivities. In adoring we were able to have a few family members come over for a cook out and enjoy the lovely weather! Communication was excellent, seamless check in and out, she went above and beyond. We loved it!!! Highly recommend this home!!

You will not find any hotel in the Las Cruces area as luxurious as this house. It was a true home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen, all new appliances, granite counters. We enjoyed the master suite with king bed, en-suite bath, and giant walk-in closet. Each evening we relaxed in the comfortable living room watching the giant TV. The check-in process was smooth. The neighborhood is new and quiet. It was a great experience and we would gladly stay there again.

I stayed here with my friend for the Bataan Memorial Death March and everything about our stay was fabulous. The host sent several clear communications before we arrived. Entry coordination was easy. The house is EXACTLY as the pictures show. Extremely clean and provides everything you could need. Host also checked in on us to see if we needed anything during our stay Would HIGHLY recommend!

We just spent two days in Las Cruces at this lovely property and had a great visit. The home is really lovely as good or better than the photos and is in a very easy to reach location. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, modern farmhouse decorating, Spa feel in bathrooms, kitchen is very spacious with lots of counter space. Upgraded appliances, luxurious bedrooms including mattresses and the backyard very relaxing…. Hoping to rent it again in the near future!!!!

We loved our stay at this property, and would definitely look forward to renting it again we stayed for Thanksgiving weekend, with my husband and I, our 2 sons and my parents. There was plenty of room for us all, and we were welcomed to a spotless house, beautifully decorated, and they had set out a huge display of snacks (small cereals, chips, etc) as well as a welcome snack box with salami, cheese, crackers, etc. My kids LOVED that of course. The primary bedroom has a very comfortable bed with the softest comforter, and a heated toilet seat, which was a nice extra touch. Nice sized backyard, large TVs in each room, and overall just really nice. There's a park nearby for kids to run around at. We definitely would recommend it.
