Take in the views from the large private deck or launch kayaks or paddleboards to explore the neighborhood waterways. Guests will enjoy access to the Ocean Pines Community Center with a host of family-friendly amenities including pools and sports courts for tennis, volleyball, and basketball. Beaches and Ocean City attractions are just a short drive from home.

The updated interior features a spacious, two-story layout equipped for modern comfort and group gatherings. The sunny front parlor offers the perfect spot for morning coffee or casual daytime hangs. Happy hour entertainment awaits in the huge playroom furnished with a wraparound recliner sofa, smart TV, board games, and a wet bar equipped with a mid-size fridge and bar-seating for two. In the evenings, unwind in the living room while enjoying a movie night on the smart TV. The sprawling island kitchen showcases ample counter space and a full suite of major appliances, cookware, and utensils for family style meal planning, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There's seating for four at the breakfast bar and the formal dining room can accommodate up to four as well.

All four bedrooms can be found upstairs. Primary guests will enjoy private en suite bathroom access. An additional full bath is located upstairs with access shared between the other three bedrooms. A half-bath on the main floor provides added household convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was absolutely one of the worst places I have ever rented! Obviously, the floors were not cleaned. There were disgusting stains on the comforter in one of the rooms, dirty underware left next to a toilet in one of the bathrooms and ants and cockroaches in the kitchen! The worst was a terrible smell we all couldn’t figure out, until my granddaughter looked under the bed and found moldy Chinese food and old cereal bowls! We had difficulty with the front door lock, and on our last night it took over an hour with someone on the phone to get us into the house. ( We have the same type of lock at our home-so we know how to use it!) Possibly the worst, and scariest thing, was the laundry situation. When we turned on the dryer, the smoke alarm went off. It was extremely hot in the laundry area, so my husband looked to make sure the exhaust was being vented properly. Nothing was coming out of the exhaust hose! It was either blocked or not connected properly. A definite fire hazard! Lots of extra pillows- no pillow cases. ( I would have brought them if told. The back screen to the patio door was just laying against it. The list could go on and on. I would strongly advise against renting this house!

Beautiful neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants and close proximity to the boardwalk. The home itself was clean but, carpet upstairs stained. Bedroom with twin beds very uncomfortable. If your party likes tv at night in your rooms, there are no tv's upstairs. There is also no cable tv for daily watching. The listing does state pool access but, it should include there is a daily fee of $15 a day per person. This is misleading when booking.

The home was large enough to accommodate 10 people. The backyard was wonderful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, fishing, and launching kayaks and paddle boards into the canal.
