Beautiful property and everything we needed. Lots of extra amenities and Laura was prompt to answer any questions. We were in town for a family weekend and the location was central to everywhere to had to travel. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we return to the area. Loved it!

The house was exactly as pictures showed. Very nice, large enough for our group and centrally located to restaurants, shopping and major highways. The host was wonderful and easy to contact. Laura was kind enough to leave some snacks and provided a fabulous coffee bar for the guests. We had no issue finding things to do and being so close to San Tan Village in Gilbert was wonderful. We would recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the area. We hope to come back next year. This was a true 5 Star experience

We used this place as overflow for family Thanksgiving in Phoenix. The perfect set up. Coffee bar was a hit. Well appointed home with games and fitted with all the essentials. This host clearly trys very hard to be accommodating. Loved the Christmas touches to kick off the season.

Laura is an amazing host. If I could give higher ratings I would. From the moment we opened the front door, we fell in love with the house. Not for one second did we feel as if we weren't home. The welcome gift and snack that greeted us made us feel as if we were arriving at a five-star resort. The welcome booklet was super helpful!! Everything and i mean everything was labeled which made navigating the house so easy. All the rooms are super spacious. The beds are all very comfortable, pillows are amazing!!! Dont get me started on the Master.. if you get that room you wont want to leave at all!!!! All the rooms were very welcoming. Each room has a TV, Fan/light, closet, and towels were provided in each room. The game room and all the other additional games available to use are amazing and everything is super taken care of. The kitchen is amazing, and everything you will need is provided. Thank you for the chips and salsa, they were AMAZING!!! The living room is so homey and the couch is so comfortable!!!!! The backyard is also amazing, my kiddos loved the firepit!!!! It was perfect for us, we had a nice little carne asada while the kids played and relaxed by the fire. The neighborhood is super safe and you will find everything no more than 15 minutes away!! Perfect location!!!! We can't wait to have to travel back to Mesa just so we can stay here again. Thank you Laura for being the best host we have ever had and for lending us your amazing house.

I was looking for a home that would accommodate my family for my daughter’s wedding. The Gilbert Home fulfilled all our needs. Ideal location, close to grocery, shopping mall and amazing restaurants. The host, Laura, was unbelievably amazing and quick to respond to any and all questions I had. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Highly recommend!

This home is perfect. Owners attention to details is incredible. It's a very well thought out home rental. House is very clean, beds are comfortable, nice neighborhood, close to a major shopping and dinning area. We were welcomed with snacks and water in the fridge. Had an issue with the door lock late one evening and Laura was quick to respond. You can't go wrong renting her lovely home!

The home was very clean and showed exactly as advertised. Laura made herself available for any questions we may have and was very responsive. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great. I would definitely recommend this property and plan on staying there again when we are back in town.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. This is not the first house we rented and we and another family member who visited could not believe the amenities given to us. The Gilbert Happy Place home is very clean, beautifully decorated, includes a coffee bar, very comfortable beds and comfy living room furniture that has a 75” screen TV mounted on the wall. The indoor ping- pong table, corn hole boards and plastic Ax throwing game were the icing on the cake. These games kept my teen kids amused and they loved having their own TV in their bedrooms. I am glad we decided to rent this house rather then a hotel. It was perfect for our visit to see my parents because kids were able to relax and we were not confined to a small hotel room. We will definitely stay at the Gilbert Happy Place home again and we highly recommend others do the same. Also, Laura is a very accommodating and attentive host who answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. I give 5 Stars!

This house worked great for our family. Lots for the kids to do with ping pong and outdoor games. The beds are comfortable and the location convenient to shops and restaurants. Laura is a great host.

We booked this house for 7 adults for one week for a midwinter get away and excursion. The house was just like the pictures: very clean, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds and couch, kitchen well stocked with dish-ware and a fully stocked coffee bar. My 70 and 80 year old parents and relatives even played some ping pong! The location was great, close to stores for everything you might need and central to sites to see. The temps were too cool to take full advantage of the outdoor space but it was nice to sit outside in the morning sun. Laura was quick to respond to any questions we had and even texted me recommendations of local events happening in the area. I would recommend this home and would stay here again if in the area.
