Przyzwoicie

Blisko do jeziora, przyzwoite (jak na Włochy) śniadania, parking po drugiej stronie ulicy, miła obsługa, brak dopłaty za psa

Widok na jezioro to raczej boczny widok na jezioro ;), łazienka powinna być dokładniej posprzątana. Basen mały i nie wydawał się zbyt czysty. Generalnie obiekt przyzwoity, ale za taką cenę spodziewałem się wyższej jakości.

Exceptional

I am a hotel manager myself so I know what to look for in a hotel and I am glad I chose this one. The Staff was exceptionally friendly and all around very helpful. Breakfast was good and the rooms were nice and clean. The interior is well designed and the air conditioning was very useful. Overall we had a great time here :) Would definitely choose to stay here again. Also Nala the dog at the reception was super sweet!

The beds are terribly uncomfortable and the triple room should not be a triple room. The room is so small.

Very pleased with our stay

Really helpful and friendly staff Spotlessly clean Ample parking close to hotel entrance Free bicycles available and in good condition We had dinner one night in l'Unica restaurant nearby, in Hotel Maximillian operated by the same hotel company - the food was excellent

Quality of breakfast, very clear, staff friendly and helpful, good coffee. They do the best to gave you a nice stay. Grazie!

The beds are a little bit to hard for my taste but this is a personal opinion.

Stylish hotel with some restrictions but overall sufficient hotel choice

Nice pool area and good breakfast buffet with a good choice and quality of foods, restaurants and other shops (pharmacy, supermarket, etc) within walking distance; stylish accomodation with many details; in a 15-20 min walk you reach downtown where most of the restaurants, shops and activities take place; parking lot on the other side of the street for free

Room very small and no possibility to change it (same room category had better alternatives); bathroom only separated by a glass door which was not closing completely; air condition was not working during the complete stay even though we communicated it to the hotel director and they tried to repair it, nothing changed (therefore very warm and stuffy)

Small, fashionable hotel with great rooms and delicious breakfast

I loved the style of this small and fashionable hotel. The pool area is great for relaxing, even with kids. The breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of bread, pastries, eggs and cereals. Would have loved to stay longer, but it was fully booked.

Pleasant

Staff were friendly, I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast but from what I've seen it seemed good. The location is good just a short walk to the lake.

I trust there was a shortage of staff. There was only the night porter when I arrived and I had to wait some time for him to call his manager in order to obtain my room. The receptionist would not arrive until 7AM in the morning so I couldn't check out earlier if needed.

Perfect stay

Super good hotel with nice details. Pool was very clean and breakfast was also very good. You could rent bikes for free - it‘s about 10 minutes to get to the center of Bardolino or 20 minutes to Lazise. The bike ride was very enjoyable as you go along the lake. Would recommend this hotel to everyone and I‘ll be back for sure! :)

We enjoyed our stay, good location, clean.

We had a problem sleeping with the fire alarm in the room, had a flashing green light. It woke us up about 2 times, then we tried to cover and it was fine. Also the restaurant doesn't have any service, like food or drinks but the area has many restaurants so it was not a big deal.

Comfortable stay

The staff were friendly and smiling. Breakfast was ok.

The confirmation of booking gave us the impression that our suit is on the top floor with full lake view. It wasn't, we were on the first floor with partial lake view and street view. I only chose the hotel because of the lake view advertised in the site.
