Posto tranquillo zona vicino al centro raggiungibile sia a piedi che con mezzi pubblici vicini

Nulla.. l unica cosa, ma non era fondamentale e che non sono riuscito a noleggiare la bici messa da loro a disposizione perché si sblocca tramite App e non sono riuscito ad utilizzare l App sullo smartphone per eseguire questa operazione ma forse dipeso chiaramente dal mio telefono comunque lApp e fondamentale per utilizzare servizi extra dell albergo come ad esempio accendere la lavatrice e l asciugatrice che è uno dei servizi inclusi nel pacchetto..

Rien personnel aigris et très mal poli

Une nuit complète avec la climatisation défectueuse sur le froid toute la nuit .. L’ Établissement n’a procéder qu à un remboursement partiel de la réservation . Je suis extrêmement déçu de cet hôtel

Good concept, unless something goes wrong

Good concept hotel, gym, breakfast, staff and common facilities

Room was “cool” basic, unfortunately my A/C did not work, with no functioning window in a Toulouse summer my room was a horrible hot box. Staff attempted to fix remotely but the nature of this hotel is low staffing, help yourself. I had one of the worst nights, no sleep. I would have rated my stay lower but the rest of the hotel was quite ok.

Excelente y cómodo hotel

Estancia fabulosa! Personal super atento y amable, habitación amplia y bien climatizada, la cama y almohada super cómoda. Todo muy bien! El desayuno estaba bien, variado. Al lado se encuentra un parque con jjardín japonés, precioso!

Great place for college students, not so much for seasoned hotel vets that are used to a bit more service and cleaniline

I liked that the property has plenty of spaces to sit, chat, work, eat and lounge.

Staff not knowing where rooms are located or being able to bring amenities to your room as requested.

Nice stay

The property was super cool for couples and young people i think! A lot to offer, billard, gym, pool, bar etc it was amazing. Very clean and you have your private space once in your room and you literally here anything which is cool. Staff very lovely.

Only thing the towels weren’t really clean.

Hôtel pas pratique !

La qualité de la literie

- le mauvais éclairage - la machine à café qu'il faut déplacer pour pouvoir la brancher ??!! - la régulation du chauffage inefficace - la sonde d'ambiance illisible ,pas de rétro éclairage du display ??? et déjà que la chambre est mal éclairée - l'isolation phonique, 4 personnes qui parlent (sans crier) dans la cour m'ont empêcher de dormir ! - pas de place de parking, il faut utiliser le parking public payant environ 25€ pour la nuit ! La personne à l'accueil qui était désagréable parce qu'en réservant avec Booking.com ,j'ai économisé une trentaine d'euros.

Très bon séjour à Campans caffarelli

Hôtel bien situé, à quelques minutes du métro, non loin du centre ville. Très propre, très bon rapport qualité prix. La literie est confortable, le petit déjeuner est varié et très bon. C est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Je recommande.

Moderne et d’un haut standing, j’ai beaucoup apprécié le soin apporté à la décoration des chambres et du hall d’entrée, le petit déjeuner est de qualité et varié, le personnel est très agréable et serviable

Un petit bémol pour la température ambiante des chambres qui était vraiment trop juste pour la période… j’ai dû demander une couette supplémentaire à la réception, l’autre d’un séjour précédent j’avais pu avoir un petit chauffage d’appoint aussi.

Das Personal war nett

Zimmer ist extrem dunkel. Etliche Lichtschalter aber keiner ist beschriftet, was sehr mühsam ist. Das Zimmer war extrem dunkel und kalt. Wohlfühlen konnte man sich da nicht. Ausserdem haben sie sich geweigert auf mehr als 20 Grad zu heizen, was für mich ein No-Go ist bei 4 Sternen.

Perfetto!

Personale gentile. Struttura green super nuova e molto pulita. Dotata di tutti i comfort (lavanderia, piscina, palestra, bar/ristorante, ping pong, tavolo da biliardo). Letto super comodo e stanza molto funzionale con macchinetta del caffè Nespresso. Parcheggio da trovare in loco non semplice ma non impossibile. Brioche al cioccolato al bar al costo di 1 euro. Lo consiglio a tutti.

A me non interessava ma la struttura non è in centro.

I ai oublié une chaîne en or avec une pierre en pendentif. J ai contacté l hôtel et la personne a raccroché au nez prétextant wu ils avaient du monde et qu elle n avait pas le temps. Je n ai donc pas retrouvé mon bijou.

Lavabo dans la chambre et non dans la salle de bain Pas de "volet" juste un double rideau mais sur les côtés pas occultant Le lit a l'intérieur n'était pas niquel Il faut compter 25 minutes à pied pour se rendre au capitole

Aunque no disfrutamos las instalaciones geniales, a 20 minutos de la Plaza Capitol. Habitación confortable con café de cortesía.

No hubo agua durante horas a lo largo de una noche cuando llegamos de cenar SIN ADVERTENCIA y sin medios alternativos al corte. No nos pudimos asear antes de acostarnos.
