With a view of the Twelve Apostle Hills and an enviable location in Camps Bay, this family villa is a little slice of luxury in Cape Town. There’s plenty to keep the whole group entertained and pampered at the villa itself, with a swimming pool looking out towards the Atlantic, a separate plunge pool and a braai for those hot summer nights. A wall of glass slides open to blend the swimming pool terrace with the huge, open-plan living area. In here, you’ve got a vast dining table and plush lounge set around a striking feature fireplace. Heading down to the lower floor, you’ll find a dedicated games room with a pool table, and the secret plunge pool on the terrace outside. Bedrooms come with private balconies and patios to take in that Camps Bay sunset in peace every evening. Location-wise, you’re in the beachy suburb of Camps Bay, where a stretch of bone-white sand attracts surfers and sun loungers alike. It’s a twenty-five-minute walk (or four-minute drive) to myriad seafront restaurants and bars and there’s shopping galore on Victoria Road. Home truths: *One of the bedrooms has bunk beds and the bunk beds are suited to children under 15 *At capacity, two guests will be on bunk beds in the games room *This home has battery back-ups to keep electrical equipment running through the load-shedding rolling blackouts in South Africa *Covered parking is available in the double garage *This home is spread across three levels with the living area on the top level, so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility
