Lovely villa, quiet location, and good value for money

Nice couches and bed, nice decorating and art on the walls. High ceilings. Lovely bathroom, I had many wonderful baths. Very comfortable loungeroom and bedroom. Security was good, I felt safe. Location was great, nice quiet street with nice gardens and other well maintained villas. Walking distance to great cafes, 711, etc. And lots of grab drivers around. Close to attractions like Sirinat National Park, luxury day spas and Bang Tao beaches.

The sign at the entrance needs fixing asap. When we pulled up in the taxi and I saw it with paint damage, rot and missing letters, I was so worried that the villa would also be poorly maintained. It wasn't, but still, best to keep up, appearances. The garden hedge by the private pool could use a little love too, i think its dying, but it's really not a huge deal.

Nice and simple

Great pool, stays warm most of the night thanks to all day sunlight. Rooms are very roomy ,enough room for 2 people to be very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped if u decide to cook. Bathroom bit smelly which is common here but very roomy and big. Bathtub as well for quiet nights. Own private garage if u driving or riding. Air conditioning in lounge and bedroom which covers all rooms besides bathroom. Shower is large Nd open roof. Walk in wardrobe as well, plus small safe. Very quiet neighbourhood. Front gate has a security guard also.

Location could be trouble if u dont have a bike or car. It's 5mins drive off the main road and also in a quiet alley so not much chance of taxi,but the guard at the gate will help or call grab. Very dated furniture and sofa. No gym. No maid service unless you pay about 650B per visit. About 6 towels plus 2 pool towels, and 1 roll toilet paper. Then you are on your own. Property itself is very dark at nights. I'm not sure why all lights are off.

Private and simple.

The hotel staff were very friendly and prepared food for our arrival at 11pm. The value for the hotel was great. There are restaurants and mini markets around within walking distance. Scooter can be arranged and paid at the resort. The pool in the villa was nice to have and super private. Convenient location within walk distance to coffee and bakery. Resort accepts credit card with no additional charges.

Sewage smell in the bathroom was unbearable. Hotel staff tried to fix it, but unfortunately didn’t work.

Great experience!!!

There are many positive things about our villa and I will try to mention the most important ones )))). Personnel were very kind and helpful. Villa was very clean and pool was great. Air conditioner in both of rooms were working fine. That was very important for us because Phuket is very hot. There was no any interruption about water and electricity. They gave us mobile phone and that was awesome. You can call reception at anytime you want. Villas have its own taxi service but it works at specific hours in a day. We used local taxi app majorly. Security was very good. No other person can enter the area without providing necessary information. Although we heard about mosquitos in area, but we had not experienced them. There were not any insects ))). You can find a lot of DVD in both villa and reception. I recommend to bring netbook with yourselves because TVs are not smart if you want to use YouTube or other apps. But TV in the restroom has nice sound system. There were all the necessary equipment for cooking and eating in the kitchen. There were nice restaurants nearby. You can find every type of kitchen in area. Beaches are very near (10 minutes) especially Layan Beach was my favourite. Bike rental was in 2 minutes walk from villa. Overall the villa was great and I thank to all villa personnel for their professionalism. They showed us the kindness of Thai people. Hope to see them again.

Internet connection was not good. Routers were not working properly. Lost connection billions of times. TVs were not SMART. Far from heart of the city but we were informed about that and it was completely okay for us.
