El mejor lugar para conectar en pareja y familia en Constanza

Es bien tranquilo, se siente seguro, es fresco, me gustó mucho pues se siente como un rinconcito del hogar fuera del ruido de la ciudad.

Es muy buena en general solamente creo que pudiera mejorar la ducha de agua para el baño

Las áreas comunes, la naturaleza del lugar, las atenciones.

La habitación es más pequeña de lo que esperaba, creo que iría bien una pequeña remodelación en las habitaciones (hacerlas un poco más acogedoras), no me gusto una pechuga a la crema que pedimos para cenar, para nada llevaba el sabor de la crema, adicional a esto, el desayuno era de 8-10:30am y ambos Dios a la s 10am casi no había desayuno.

Las atenciones, había mucha gente y al parecer no estaban listos para recibir esa cantidad. Había un grupo extremadamente descontentos porque no hicieron lo acordado y de mi parte costaba obtener cualquier info con los empleados. El desayuno un desastre, fuimos a las 9:30 AM y no había nada de desayunar, los platos sucios por doquier, nadie a quien preguntarle, las mesas todas tiradas…..

Segunda Oportunidad a Rancho Constanza: Una Decepción

Es particularmente penoso observar cómo un hotel, que cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada, amplios espacios al aire libre y un personal genuinamente agradable, va en detrimento debido a una gestión que parece no prestar la atención necesaria a las mejoras de las instalaciones y los pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia. Si bien Rancho Constanza no se categoriza entre los hoteles más costosos de la zona, tampoco ofrece una relación calidad-precio que justifique estos inconvenientes, especialmente al compararlo con otras opciones cercanas.

En mi reciente visita al hotel Rancho Constanza, me encontré con una serie de inconvenientes que empañaron mi estancia, a pesar de haberle dado una segunda oportunidad. Mi experiencia comenzó con un detalle menor pero molesto: la necesidad de bajarse del coche para tocar un timbre y acceder al complejo, una situación incómoda tanto al entrar como al salir. Una vez dentro, las expectativas no mejoraron. Las camas, lejos de ser un refugio de descanso, resultaron incómodas, un aspecto crítico en la valoración de cualquier hospedaje. La situación de los baños tampoco ayudó, mostrando señales de descuido que no se esperan en un hotel de esta categoría. Además, enfrentamos interrupciones en el suministro de agua en dos ocasiones, un contratiempo que, aunque puede ser ajeno a la voluntad del hotel, ciertamente afecta la experiencia del huésped.

La peor

El área verde.

Quede sumamente decepcionado de mi estadía, antes de llegan al rancho te encuentras con un barrio arrabalizado. La habitación tenia olor a humedad y la cama llena de carcoma. No hubo paz eran las 2 de la mañana y las personas que viven al frente del complejo tenia un desorden que no te permitía dormir.

the Hotel has a good pleasant breach upon arrival But the rooms are very ugly, the bathroom for the same reason, the windows do not have a screen to be able to open at night and that the air circulates is not worth the price compared to Hotel Altocerro, it costs the same and is superior in everything

Beautiful and peaceful

My favorite thing was how beautiful this place was!!! And the service was great! Breakfast delicious and a lot of space for the kids to run and play with not worries. It was a great experience. Very clean as well!!

The cabin was a little too old for my taste. I would recommend a good upgrade to the place but other then that everything was great!!

noisy neighbors and very dated units. stove in cabin had only one burner of 4 working. toilet didn’t flush very well. coffee maker with broken handle

The staff is remarkable and super hard workers more than they should.

Having multitasking people. They have to hire a chef instead having a person for waitressing, cooking and performing as a bellboy, no fair 😪 No microwave that makes it difficult for parents. Also, there was hair all over the room, that is disgusting

Charming place to stay

On check-in we were offered to upgrade from a double room to a two-bedroom villa with no extra fee - that was an amazing favour from them! We had our own little villa with a kitchen, a living room with a chimney and a little pretty terrace. It was adorable and meditative. The stuff was incredibly helpful. A lot of activities around. Breakfast is very good.

Be ready, it may be cold. But It's not the hotels fault - just the nature of Constanza.
