Exceptional

The hosts were amazing and the location couldn't be better. Breakfast was fantastic and served in our own private garden space. Our room was beautiful and updated with all the amenities you could need.

There was nothing not to like. Hope to go back soon.

Perfect location and relaxing breakfast

Fantastic location with a beautiful breakfast every morning in a private garden. The room was lovely and suited us perfectly. The staff was kind and gave us great advice when asked.

really enjoyable stay

Location was perfect, a minutes walk from the gate to the old city yet very quiet and peacful. We enjoyed being able to nip back to the hotel during the day as it was so hot and the location meant that was possible. Advice on where to go was provided by the staff. Breakfast was delicious and very pleasant in the garden. Would recommend.

Everything- I couldn't have asked for anything more. Such a wonderful place to stay. It was exceptional. Large comfy bedrooms, spacious and luxurious bathroom, plentiful breakfast and couldn't have asked for a better location. It's across the road to the old city

Perfect location and luxury for a two day break just minutes from the walls

Breakfast superb, hotel was immaculate and beautifully restored The host very attentive

We were slightly out of season but I wish the garden had been a little more ‘in bloom’ as it is such a possibility to enhance. I’m sure it is stunning in the summer months

what a beautiful hotel. great room. wonderful space and beautiful large ensuite. two seconds walk from the spectacular old wall around the old centre. location couldn’t be better. wonderful breakfast. incredibly comfortable and luxurious

Heritage Villa Nobile recently renovated exceeded our expectations, convenient location and located new Pile Gate (no stairs). Beri and owners, Stipe and Tina, had thought of everything and were attentive to our every needs. Our Villa room, The Musician Room #2, with original restored piano was spacious with tub/shower/sitting area and most of all, loved the heated bathroom floors. Breakfast served on beautiful patio surrounded by orange trees and blankets and heaters if needed. Our kids, family of 4 stayed in loft (no elevator) and single brother stayed across the hall from us (ground level). We were all treated like family and would definitely return and highly recommend for your next stay.

I would like to move into this hotel permanently.

The location was excellent, the room was so well designed and clean, the breakfast was lovely. Most importantly, the staff was AMAZING. I loved them and felt like family.

Our stay at Heritage Villa Nobile was absolutely the best!

Heritage Villa Nobile exceeded expectations on every level! Tina and staff went out of their way to be helpful, the breakfasts were outstanding, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the grounds are remarkably serene. The historic touches add a thoughtful and interesting theme throughout the establishment. The location is perfect, just outside the walls of the old city. Heritage Villa Nobile was the perfect place for lodging during our stay in Dubrovnik!
