The bed was comfy....
The bed linen wasn't fully clean. There was no hot water during our stay even after raising it with the non existent staff. Oven provided but no oven trays to cook with. Single glazed rooms so every movement in the car park (people leaving the bar and vehicles) woke us up. Walls so thin that the apartment opposite we could hear snoring. Windows wouldn't open. Floor not clean - walking bare foot left feet dirty. Also wasn't carpeted as advertised - it was lino flooring. Very cramped. One of the hanging rails for clothes wasn't fully secured to the wall.

It was very clean. The bed was comfortable.
If you are not providing a TV for your guests, then tell them. These days and at these prices (over £100/day) why aren't you providing one? There was a TV aerial cable in the room.
The shower was virtually unusable, the wash basin was unusable unless the hot tap on the bath was turned on as well.
Back to the shower. The controls were very, very difficult to use, made even moreso when your hands were wet. It took an absolute age for hot water to come through and when it did there was very little temperature adjustment. It was hardly worth it anyway as the shower was rather a suggestion of a faint sprinkle rather than any kind of useable spray.
Still with the shower, the whole shower over the bath set up was very dangerous. Because of the weakness of the shower, to achieve any kind of coverage one had to stand on the very slopey end of the bath which became increasingly slippery with soapy water and there was no hand-rail, or steadying aid of any kind. An accident waiting to happen.
The windows were not particularly user friendly (broken sash). The blinds were not brilliantly fitted and there was a desperate need for secondary blinds for privacy in the room.
There was one mirror in the room, over the aforementioned useless washbasin. There was nowhere for anyone to use a mirror and a hair dryer at the same time.

The downstairs room we had (Heartbeat) was very comfortable.
I didn't know there was a breakfast - is this correct? I would have liked to have had more access to staff whilst we were there. The smaller room (Stiletto) was quite warm for one of the guests and we wanted to ask for a fan. We did get one eventually but it would have been nice to have had access to a staff member on the day or arrival (Thursday) rather than the Friday morning.
The location is lovely but the taxi service is abysmal!! Couldn't get one anywhere!!! A local and reliable taxi company number would be really helpful.

I stayed in a single room. It was smaller than a hotel room however it had everything I needed including a coffee machine with delicious coffee. The bed, bedding and carpet were all good quality and the en suite clean. There was a selection of free toiletries thrown in too. Unfortunately I had a view of a car park however I could see the river if I looked right. It was the hottest weekend of the year and there was no aircon so I had to leave the window open which was fine. The property is in the perfect location with everything easily accessible on foot. All in all I would recommend.

It was situated in a fantastic place close to all amenities.
It was a little more compact that I thought it would be.
The main reason that I would not stay again is the bunk bed was very noisy and constantly creaked every time my daughter moved in it. Therefore I didn’t have much sleep as I was right next to it.

Location is great, close to the seafront, pubs, bus stop and coffee shops. Bed was comfy, shower worked well, easy parking and self check in. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk provided with kettle. Good choice for one or two nights. We'd return.
Quite pricey for what is a pretty basic compact room with no staff service or other facilities. Shower sealant was mouldy. Windows were very grubby. Entrance to accommodation in need of a lick of paint and carpet clean. Tiny telly.

The room had all advertised amenities and was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location on the estuary front, and had a lovely walking zone in the surrounding neighbourhood. Everything felt very safe. The price was good for the quality of the room.
When we arrived we discovered we had booked during "Burnham Week", which apparently required an extremely loud party in the adjoining building, for which the music stopped at around 1am, but partygoers shouted loudly in the car park right outside our rooms till about 3am. This was disappointing at the visit was otherwise very good. It would have been nice if the hotel had let us know in advance that this was going to be the case.

The convenience. And the price. Lovely shower and comfy beds.
The fact that you only had privacy if you had the blinds down all the time. No gap between the front door and cars parked.

A good location for us.
Both showers in both rooms need attention.
1. family room needs descaling and perhaps some pipe changing as squealing when using.
2. Dormitory, shower floods as a lot of dirt and hair down the plug hole and takes a long time for everyone to have a shower, which could have delayed us, but luckily others used the family room.

Not knowing what to expect as not visited before. Location excellent Rooms excellent with all one needs ( except tele did not work but do not always manage controls as was not to bothered to put on. Excellent decor ( colour, prints ) Highly recommend and you can get breakies round about

Great price and quiet location.
With two people booked into a double room, why only one chair? We used a picnic chair that we had in the back of the car. One chair seems to be the policy in many places, which is daft. Also, the message notifying them that the sink was blocked was not responded to.
