Good for a short stay.

It's located in a quiet area. The room is large enough. The kitchen is well equipped. Easy process for check-in and check-out.

The heating for hot water doesn't seem to work well, which makes showering a bit chilly:) And the cleaning for bathroom could have been done a bit better. One thing just need to pay attention to : google maps doesn't show the public transport in this city ( I had a bit hard time walking when first time I arrived), make sure you have the local app for navigation if you want to use buses or trams.

no spoons, the door to the apartment doesn't close well, hard to find (but the owner calls you and gives you directions)

Very good

Booked the room for a two day visit to documenta. I was looking for a clean bed and a place to shower, knowing I would be out on the town all day long. And I got exactly what I needed. There's a shared kitchen too which I didn't use, but it seemed just as clean and practical as all the rest. Outside of the apartment I found both bus and tram to take me directly into the center. Would stay here again.

The room must be warm. I suggest that the landlord better communicate with the client.

No breakfast. Location good, close to the public transport.

It was too cold in the room, 64 to 65 F. I can send the pic. No heating on. On the table in the room is the clock with a thermometer which shows the temperature.

Great vibe, friendly host, lovely area - loved my stay.

Relaxing space, great area (close to the tram). Had an excellent night's stay and will stay again.

Nice and quiet room, good place to relax at the end of a long busy day.

Very friendly owner. Good location (in between city center and main train station). Quiet neihgbodhood and quiet place where you can really rest at the end of a long day visiting the city and its museums (I came for the Documenta). I like the architecture and the general aspect of the neighborhood, which really evoked the 1960-1970s and the "German miracle".

The kitchen could be a bit better provided (eg. no microwave) and the bathroom door is a bit noisy and doesn't close too well.

Excellent accommodations

It was a very modern and clean room with private bathroom on the first floor. Everyday cleaning came by in the morning. In a suburban neighborhood 10 minutes walking to a large supermarket and the train station into Kassel right there too. I was there for the Basel art fair and it was just a couple of stops from this house. Felt like home away from home.

Would suggest leaving some bottles of water for the guests. The only problem I had was calling a taxi, since I don’t know the language. So would suggest recommending an English language car serve too for guests like me.

The room, the kitchen and the bathroom were clean. There was enough space in the kitchen to be two of us. There was tea and coffee to make.

My room was a bit small. There was no microwave.

Very good

We do not usually stay in this type of accommodation but found it clean and in a quite area, the owner lived in the same apartment block and was very accommodating.

Nothing we got what we paid for.

Fabulous!

The host is really kindful, and room is so clean and comfortable. I like that kind of classic style:) I really enjoyed my stay in Kassel. The location is also really nice. It is possible to get the central area on foot, and I could buy something to eat at the supermarket near the residence. I really appreciate the host who is a very nice guy! Thank you very much!!
