Voor een kort bezoek aan de stad Siegen is dit hotel een goede keuze. Verzorging van ontbijt moet be

Ligging van hotel nabij centrum Siegen. Bereikbaarheid hotel en geboden parkeerruimte.

Ons verblijf vond plaats in weekend, de verzorging van het ontbijt was maar zo zo, vermoedelijk door gebrek aan personeel.

Einfaches, aber sauberes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern. Einrichtung und Stil sind zwar ziemlich veraltet, für einen Kurzaufenthalt erfüllt es aber seinen Zweck. Nur ca. 10-15min Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Preis-Leistung war (unter Berücksichtigung der deutlich höheren Konkurrenzpreise) völlig in Ordnung.

Spielplatz war sehr in der Nähe vom Hotel und ich konnte meine Tochter vom Frühstücksraum aus sehen

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub in Siegen.

Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Frühstücksbuffet gut bestückt und immer wieder nachgefüllt. Zimmer groß, geräumig, ruhig und mit Kühlschrank. Von 6.Etage schöner Ausblick in die Stadt.

Entspannter Kurztrip in Siegen mit interessantem Hotel

Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr groß und sehen genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Betten waren außerdem sehr gemütlich und man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß ist auch alles gut erreichbar.

Das Logo sieht ein bisschen aus wie vom Arbeitsamt, das fanden wir lustig :-)

Sauberkeit und Frühstück

Der Fernseher, den ich zur Entspannung gerne nutze, war nicht nutzbar. Fernbedienung fehlte, TV war nicht angeschlossen am SAT/oder Kabel. Keine telefonische Möglichkeit zur Rezeption. Musste persönlich dort Bescheid geben. keine Hilfe bekommen.

Vernünftige Unterkunft

Freundliches Personal. Es war das günstigste Angebot angemessener Qualität in der Umgebung. Zimmer Größe und Ausstattung nicht außergewöhnlich aber okay. Es gab 2 Tassen Kapsel Kaffee und eine Flasche Wasser umsonst!

Die Betten sind baulich getrennt und können nicht zusammengeschoben werden. Türsteher machen betreten und verlassen des Gebäudes unangenehm (einfach weil sie da sind. Sind die wirklich notwendig?!)

Я забронировала этот отель, т.к. был самый близкий к месту работы. Старый фонд, но в очень хорошем состоянии. Мне было важно выспаться и за этой спасибо

И что еще самое важное, так это просто принять душ и сервис отеля. Именно в этот день отключили горячую воду. И нет, чтобы извиниться и помочь решить проблему, мне на ресепшене предьявили, что это не они виноваты. Тогда кто, я?! Я написала начальству, и меня тоже мягко говоря послали, на моё подробное описание проблемы. Я хотела возместить одни сутки, или хотя бы 50%, т.к. мы не могли воспользоваться даже душем. На что руководитель не пошел на встречу, описав, что он сделал всё, но компенсировать ущерб не будет. "Спасибо" за понимание и сервис!

Staff were very polite and welcoming, very clean hotel, breakfast had a good variety, plenty of parking.

I didnt like that I couldnt stay longer.

Superb

Everything was very clean. The room had a very comfortable size for 2 people, where I particularly liked having a special area for placing the luggage and lots of storage spaces. The beds were comfortable, with rigid mattress just the way we like. The room temperature was adequate. The bathroom also had a good size, and the water pressure and temperature were perfect. The breakfast area was beautiful, with a nice view over a garden and modern decorations. The breakfast buffet was really very good and complete (eggs, bacon, sausages, cheeses, hams, fruits, jams, yogurt, cereals, vegan options, and more...), and specially the different types of bread were amazingly tasty.

The bath/shower had only a small glass "window" which was not enough to avoid splashing water all over the floor... this needs to be improved. The bed blankets were still too warm and thick considering the temperature of the room.

I will recommend the hotel to my friend.

The place was very clean. It had been recently renovated. The breakfast was excellent and the place to eat breakfast was nicely decorated and had a very nice view of the Garden. The view from the room windows was great and very peacefull.

There was not any aircondition. It made staying in the hotel at noon very hard. The staff were very nice and did their job greatly but with no smiling at face. The trourism information, such as poster or leaflets, have not been provided.
