Wij vonden t verblijf top. T appartement overtrof onze verwachting en t contact met de eigenaar top

De accomodatie lag in een rustige wijk. Niet ver van t centrum de voorzieningen in t appartement waren top. En t was heel schoon. Eigenaar is zeer enthousiast en zeer behulpzaam mochten zelfs van de tuin gebruik maken. Parkeren kan schuin tegenover t appartement op openbare parkeerplaats. Gratis.

Pleasant

The host is located in the center of the city. Fabio is a very nice guy, very hospital and helpful. It's much better for couples than for family.

It was very hot on August 23, there was only one air conditioner in the salon, and there was no any ventilation in the rooms. Some kitchen equipment was broken, and some ants were found there. In some places in the host were dishes with some spices, I believe good smell and anti ants. The keys were connected to the air conditioner tag, which turned it on. So every time we get out, we should turn off the AC (it is impossible in this weather). Some of the rooms had damp marks on the walls. The pictures are also not updated, there is no bath, there is only a shower.

Exceptional

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The apartment is modern, well-equipped and has everything needed for a long stay. The location is ideal - it’s just 10 min walk to the city centre, a few minutes walk to the top-rated restaurants and bars. There’s a free public parking just across the street and a small park where you can walk your dog in the morning (if you are travelling with your furry friend, it’s a huge plus). By the way, there are no extra charges for a stay with a dog. It might have been just a nice apartment, a good value for money, but this truly a unique place because of its host - Fabio. He is the most outstanding, hospitable, friendly host that we have ever met in our entire lives. No words can describe how delightful we are that we had a chance to meet such an awesome person. He made us feel like visiting an old friend with whom we’ve known each other for ages. I really hope that we will stay at Fabio’s place once again. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to get the best experience in Asti and the whole Piedmont (if not the whole Italy).

Superb

Fabio was a very nice and friendly host. We even got some nice biscuits from the area, and they were very tasty 😀. He also provided some tips and links to shops and restaurants, which was very helpful. The apartment was very close to the city.

Great stay!

Fabio was an amazing host and helped me with everything he could. I was able to keep my motorcycle safe over night in the courtyard which was the most important thing for me. Ill be staying here if I come back to Asti.

Superb

Really enjoyed our 8 night stay. Apartment is modern and clean and really spacious. Really close to the main town centre. Parking was off site but really safe and near to the apartment. The owner who lives upstairs was super friendly, checked we were OK several times while we were there and also gave us free truffles while we were there. Would really recommend this place especially for either a couple or family looking to do some self catering whilst still being near town.

Fantastic place

I’ve been to a lot (more than 100) of Italian hotels over the last couple of years due to work. Some of those hotels were very good, but the service I received in this hotel from Fabio was truly outstanding and unique. I especially recommend this place for the experience Fabio offers to go truffle hunting with his specially trained dog in the nearby forests. You will absolutely mis out if you don't do it. I wish I could give six stars.
