Very nice, beautiful kitchen for cooking and cleaner and better quality than Chula Vista’s rented condos.

Clean and well tended to property. Big room with nice kitchen.

Condos were hard to find, no signage with numbers etc. saw a lot of confused people entering here looking around for main lobby.

Stay was very good,

No breakfast at this location the code I was given didn't open the door, had to wait one hour to receive another code to unlock door

I think when code to door doesn't work need a faster way to get a new one

Located at Chula Vista But Not Managed By Chula Vista!

Spacious room. Quiet. The Chula Vista grounds were well kept. Chula Vista operated restaurant, bar, desk, etc., were very nice. HOWEVER, THE ROOM WE STAYED IN WAS MANAGED BY VACASA, NOT CHULA VISTA!

This room was NOT OWNED BY CHULA VISTA, IT WAS MANAGED BY VACASA! Unmanned Vacasa reservation desk during stay, Vacasa cleaning staff did not respond to questions (didn't peak English?). Restaurant-bar-coffeeshop were located in different building. WATERPARK PASSES WERE NOT INCLUDED WITH STAY (basically hidden in fine print of reservation) and would cost us the equivalent of another night's stay to purchase. Didn't realize property was NOT OWNED by Chula Vista - this should have been highlighted by Booking.com at the very beginning of securing the reservation. Vacasa property assistance via chat & phone were nonresponsive.

Loud noise coming from locked room. Was loud even when doors were closed from the room Furthest from the locked room.

Not what it used to be. The new management is not keeping up the beautiful property.

Fireplace did not work. Sticky dried soda on the floor with used straw and wrapper. Microwave had a permanent out of order label affixed. Moldy food in the cabinet. Furniture is very worn, couch sagging, counter chairs nearly broken and very wobbly. Hair dryers are torn off the bathroom walls and not replaced, just leaving the holes in the wall. Our family used to go to the Chula Vista Rio Condos for spring trips and it was wonderful, but had not been there in 10 years until this past weekend. You can tell the new management company Vacasa is just taking high rent and not putting any money into maintenance and upkeep. Also, read the fine print you have to pay separate for waterpark after paying hundreds to rent this room.

I felt cheated

The property had a convenient location.

The listing never said a waterpark pass would cost extra and it did. I tried to fight that because I didn’t find out until a week after paying. I booked three weeks before the trip so if I wanted to cancel it would cost me more than half of my rental rate. Booking.com had two employees promised me they would get me a refund and both failed to do so from the lister of the property. The waterpark cost our family of six an extra $300 for one day and we were there three days.

The room was a wonderful size and very clean, but the bed was uncomfortable.

The water kept turning off completely or it was just super cold . A lock was broken . Their was a stain on the carpet .
