Exceptional

The host Maria was wonderful, very comunicative and polite, she helped us with everything that we needed. The location is excellent, 1min walking to the beach in the main street of Potos. The accommodation is extra, everything is new and very comfortable. Perfect cleaning 👌 Breakfast was also very delicious.

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they had lots of recommendations for places to visit. The room was clean, cozy. Overall a great place to stay.

Not necessarily a dislike but it is worth knowing that the parking is not on the same street with the hotel and depending on the hour you arrive you might get stuck between pedestrians and restaurant tables.

Superb

The location is very central. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. Rooms are cleaned every day. There is no parking problem, the business has its own private parking spot. The internal design of the rooms is modern. Wifi is fast. We will definitely revisit on our next visit to Thassos.

Typical 3 star place

Clean, new (or recently renovated), comfy bed, gluten free bread for breakfast (I asked in advance), nice opportunity to use beach facilities of sister hotel

Service was nice if having nothing negative. But it turned 180 degrees right after having something to complain. My bathroom was built wrong. Water stayed on the floor 15 hours after taking shower.

Great accomodation in Potos

The hotel is in the center of Potos, close to the sea, shops, taverns. Our r oom was cozy and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious.

- the only minus was the wi-fi connection

Really great hotel with perfect design, quality, food and ofcourse staff.

Nice interior design furnished with good quality materials and equiment with attention to each and every detail. Room was cleaned daily. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Own parking (no way to stay in this area without it). We had forget one of our bag in the room, and hotel personnel arranged it transortation to our home country. Many thanks them for that)

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very nicely designed and kept very clean. The location is very good as it is right in the center of Potos, very close to all the bars, shops and tavernas. However, nicely positioned as to not hear any noise.

We had to check out before the duedate because my kid had fever. The host took the whole amount due to " company policy", even for the extra bed that we didn't use the last 2 nights

Sparkling clean, smiling faces

Well, from the moment we arrived we were only welcomed by happy faces. They also upgraded our room for free. Our room was cleaned daily, bed made up, it was sparkling clean, exceeding cleanliness of much more expensive hotels. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's not a dislike, but for some people may be a throw off. While the location of the hotel is in the heart of Potos, it may get a little noisy.

Perfect for a vacation of a couple

Friendly staff, cozy rooms, very clean, good breakfast, inside the room it is pretty quiet, pretty good internet connection (as far as we also were working there), great location - a lot of good restaurants around, close to a beach, close to a food store with fruits and beverages, parking spot within 50-100 meters. On arrival, the host gave us a list of recommended places to visit - that was very nice and useful.

One evening there were power interruptions - not an issue of the hotel, it seems to be for whole town (or, maybe, whole island?), seems to be a common problem, due to diesel power generators in some facilities all around the island. Still, it was only one (late) evening during a week.

Exceptional staff and location

Room was very modern, clean and conformable, location very close to all tourist attractions, with many shops, markets and restaurants at less than 5 minutes walk. The best part of the experience though was the friendly staff, starting from the cleaning and kitchen staff and also with the outstanding customer experience provided by Irini at the reception desk. She has given guidance on places to visit, things to do and was always available to answer questions. Of course, the fact that she always greeted us with a big smile and wanted to check how we are enjoying the vacation was like icing on the cake. Thank you Cozy Suites for the amazing experience.

Fully recommend this place

Clean rooom, good appliances, new furniture. Excellent breakfast, helpful abd pleasant staff. We had to postpone our arrival by a few days, Cozy Suites was completely accomodating. Very close to the beach, close to supermarkets and shops - an overall excellent position.

Nothing worth mentioning. Everything was at least okay.

Exceptional!!

The breakfast was amazing, fresh food, fruits, juice, jam, honey, eggs, everything that you could ever want to eat in a sunny morning. Given the pandemic situation, we filled in daily a paper with food selection and we were served at the table with whatever we chose, there was distance between tables and everything was cleaned afterwards for the next guests. The location is near the beach, taverns, super markets, shops, etc. We stayed in a superior rooms and from a space perspective it was better from a standard suite, however, it just a matter of how much space you want, because other than that, there is no difference (our friends have had a standard suite, therefore we were able to compare).
