Not very good value for money, Barceló is a lot better

Size,nice and compact

Too quiet, silence around the pool areas, no atmosphere, nothing going on in the daytime activities we’re absolutely rubbish , if any at all. Nighttime entertainment was worst I’ve ever been to.

La limpieza de la habitación la hacían demasiado tarde, hacía la hora de la comida y algún día que estábamos cansados y fuimos a la siesta se quedó sin hacer, aún por esa pega todo estaba genial

Enjoy the view but avoid the food.

Room, bed, bathroom and view are all good.

No where to hang clothes outside of the closet. No room cleaning or extra towels provided. Food is worse than prison food. The beer is the equivalent of dog urine.

Nice, simple, clean, good location

The location is very good, 15 min from the airport. The Infiniti pool is very nice, the hot tubs on the roof are nice addition, small hotel - not many people, no children, the beach is 10 min walk. Very relaxing atmosphere. No screaming teenagers.

Not enough of food choice, desserts are not made but bought and are very cheap. White wine was cheap too.

Not easy begin vegan on AI

Sea view and location was lovely. Peaceful yet close to shops and restaurants. Rooftop hot tub area was nice.Room was a good size and shower better than bath. Alcoholic drinks included were of good quality.

Quality of food was pretty poor. I asked about vegan food and no assistance was given. Limited vegetarian options at times. Many meals of chips and salad!! Often the hot vegetables had bits of ham in it. Again limiting choice. I had booked all inclusive but ended up eating out due to lack of vegan options. Some areas of hotel looking a bit tatty. Nice hotel but not 4 star.

was fine- but could have been better

the rooms were good and clean if a little complicated to use the shower! the facilities were fine and location good.

the food was ok but a little bland and the same at each meal. The staff were great in many cases and so grumpy in others- why work in hospitality if you done like people?

A lovely place to stay - location wise, food wise was lacking and not up to 4* calibre

The room was big (junior suite) and had amazing sea views; though we did pay a premium for these. Staff were happy and helpful, we never really had any issues with them. Rooms were cleaned as you'd expect. Breakfast food was good, good variety of choice and lovely fresh pastries/donuts.

The A/C only worked when you were in the room with card on so always took a long time to cool down, in addition our control panel was broken so couldn't turn this up. Sea view was great but very overlooked on 1st floor. Dinner food was hit and miss, one day was a lovely mexican but other days we choose to eat out as the food was 'a-kin' to primary school 'slop' with sloppy vegetable pasta or meat in 'suspect' sauce.

Another fantastic stay.

Hubby and I love this hotel. We use it for long weekends as we live on lanzarote so an AI break here is fab as its very relaxing we nice food. Never to find it hard something to eat. Food is always nice and fresh. The rooms are extremely comfortable and large. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We went in August this time and thankfully unlike June there was no bed wars.

I would like to see better quality cocktails. They taste more like mocktails. We're not big drinkers but love a nice cocktail but as they are from a machine I think they are sin alcohol. I have no other negatives.

Lovely and clean hotel which was well located. Staff was friendly, the food and drinks all good. Perfect pools and great rooms. At least ours was very spacious. For us, it was a perfect hotel and we would definitely go back.

relaxing, fun, perfect location

Room was lovely, great view, pools exceptional, buffet was nice and you can help yourself to drinks which was a great touch. The staff on reception were great and I felt very welcomed the second I arrived.

4 night great break good staff great location

Location was fab on rugged coastline close to facilities but not feeling to touristy. Staff all very welcoming and helpful. Good choice of food.

The restaurant could have had more ambience for dinner maybe lower lighting and table cloths. Great in day but too canteeny for evening. Also could sit out side in day but not even, shame.

A lovely room with seaside views and very social downstairs area, with karaoke and delicious food! Very central with nice walk along the coast and close to the beach.

Exceptional

Stunning hotel, 2 pools and jacuzzi rooftop. Super clean, beachfront. Close to all amenities on foot and just 20 min from the Airport. You can reach it taking bus N3, only 1.40€. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful! My flight was late evening and they let me have a free courtesy shower, plus a voucher to extend my all inclusive after check out.

Food from buffet was not good for a 4 start hotel. Quality needs improving!

Great hotel for sunshine and relaxation

Excellent hotel - we loved our room overlooking the sea. It was spacious and comfortable. The selection of dishes for dinner in particular was good and the bonus was that red and white wine was included in our half board rate. All the staff were wonderful - efficient and friendly - cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. Reception staff were knowledgeable and welcoming.

There is a definite issue with guests 'hogging' sunbeds from very early morning and leaving their towels when they disappear for long periods - not the hotel's fault but perhaps need to adopt a similar policy to cruise ships.

Birthday and Father’s Day trip away!

The cleanliness of the hotel, the colour scheme, the location and the wonderful sea view

That there were no sunbeds round the pool as they were all reserved by the time I got up, the food isn’t the best so ate out even though booked bed and breakfast, no English channels on the tv which needs to be sorted as not everyone wants to be out drinking I quite like to watch tv in bed or come in from the beach and watch a bit of tv but couldn’t understand a thing! Wifi isn’t the strongest drops in and out.

Very good

My room was on the 3rd floor with a nice balcony. Good size room. Many toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap) were provided. The property is in a good location. Staff are friendly.

Noticed few other comments about sunbeds being "reserved" since early morning with no people chilling on them. Didn't have a chance to grab a good spot by the pool. This property could have a better entertaining program. No music playing throughout the day so felt a bit boring there. Stayed at the property for 6 nights, the room was cleaned multiple times but bedsheets never changed. The bad didn't have drinks menu, many drinks were "exclusive" and not included as part of all inclusive ended up buying alcohol in a local shop. The food was alright but breakfast was the same every day. Scrumbled eggs and porridge were too milky... Djacuzzi upstairs had no bar, quite a walk to go all the way to the ground floor to grab a drink.

The junior suite with sea view was big and comfortable. Good selection of food at breakfast.

The towel on sun beds first thing in the morning was annoying.
