Beautiful place

It's a lovely 15/20 minute walk down the river into the town centre. We stayed 2 nights, and it's like home from home. Amazing place to stay. Wendy and Jim made us feel very welcome.the annex is beautiful, and we can't wait to come again.

I wish we had spent more time there than other places

We got our own breakfast, but the facilities were there too have a hot breakfast.

We had a super time from staying at the property to seeing Lincoln city.

Everything from arriving to leaving was excellent. The host Jim was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early without any extra cost. Jim also checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed or required any help. The Annexe was in very good condition, sufficiently equipped and maintained well including the garden. We even had Netflix which was a bonus. It's in a lovely location walkable to the city via the river route or main road.

Nothing really. Just that the shower had a leak which hopefully the host will be able to sort.

A great place to stay! Hosts really friendly, but not overbearing.

A very clean and comfortable apartment. The crisp bed sheets were amazing. Great communication and friendly welcome.

The shower temperature fluctuated quite a bit and the pillows were a mixed bag.
