Brilliant place. Will certainly return.

The quality of the accommodation was outstanding. well equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location

Not a criticism but another small side table in the lounge would be helpful.

Fun long weekend away with the family

Great apartment. Great location

No dislikes. Bed a little hard for me and the window locks are broken.

Superb

Central. Good having an en-suite and family bathroom

A minor thing, but no shower gel etc provided. Though there is a Co-op and Tesco express within a 3 minute walk.

Location, space in apartment and two bathrooms

No electric shaver/toothbrush socket. Lighting in bathrooms very poor - difficult for my husband to see to shave.

On the whole, a great apartment with just some minor issues.

Super apartment, very clean, spacious, modern and a great location near shops, restaurants and pubs.

Needs more space to hang clothes and more coat hangers. Also needs storage shelves in both bathrooms plus a couple of hooks. Ensuite bathroom quite dark and towel rail too far away from sink. Did not agree with stripping beds at end of stay, bagging up linen and towels and completing a form to say what's in there. We were meant to be on holiday not sorting out laundry.

Nice place, nice town, good accommodation, everything you want from a short stay. Co-op and Tesco are close by for essen

The apartment is very nice and very well located. Perfect positioning for everything in Southwold. Good that there is a stack of DVD movies to keep the kids quiet on rainy nights!

Noise from the road was a slight downside, owing to the very close proximity and single pane sash windows. The windows are also quite draughty. But that’s part and parcel of those windows, I understand. The only thing missing was a couple of foot stalls for the sofa, in my opinion. Dishwasher tablet bag was empty (but still in the cupboard) and the washing up liquid was nowhere to be seen. Was a little confused by the text messages from the housekeeping person who told me to email rather than text, even though the mobile number is given as a method of contact but wasn’t answered when called. and if calls aren’t answered it’s because they are busy. There was no voicemail option and I was also no aware of the email address to use. I messaged at 0945 and the dishwasher tablets arrived the following day, some time between 2-4pm. One would have thought that snail mail is not particularly effective when on the move. If you can check an email then you can check a text.

Very enjoyable despite inclement weather

Location great ..right on High St so pubs cafes etc all within very easy reach

Small towel rail next to sink in double room and a hand rail on wall of bath / shower would be safer getting in / out of shower.

Great location, lovely clean and quiet flat

Great location in town near to restaurants, pubs and the sea. Car parking not too far away, and no need to move the car all week. Easy to collect keys. Great that towels were provided. Great kids play park nearby too. A top choice!

Just teeny things! We could have done with a couple more pillows and a blanket. No info was given on what could be put in the recycling and I’m sure guests would be happy to put the bin out to save an early wake up.
