My favorite place to stay in Denver! So unique and comes with a yummy vegetarian breakfast and are able to cater to our many allergies. Close to downtown but without the gritty downtown feel. Owner and inn keepers provide excellent customer service and are kind and genuine people. Beautiful grounds and garden in summer. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Queen Anne is a quiet oasis in Denver. It is very clean, has warm and welcoming staff and the best breakfast ever. We’ve stayed twice and would go back in a minute. Wayyyy better than staying in a hotel.

Queen Anne was such a lovely place to stay. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. Also the homemade breakfast was fantastic each morning. I would absolutely recommend this B&B to others.

The highlight of our stay was the friendly staff who accommodate our circumstances, and the well prepared organic breakfast. The rooms are divided up into two beautiful houses. Both had code locks on the main door and a physical key for each room. It felt secure. Parking will be tight if the rooms are full.

My wife and I really liked the place , we stayed in one of the artist suites with jacuzzi, perfect! The host was real nice and informative. We would definitely come again! I only have two recommendations The cable to the tv kept coming loose making the tv static, reminds me of growing up in the 80s. Breakfast was good, the home made sourdough waffles were excellent, the owner who Made breakfast for us was very friendly. The only thing missing was some protein options. Breakfast was very good and A bonus, just needed Some protein options or included. I don’t Like even Mentioning those two things but aside from that it was an excellent stay.

Absolutely returning! This is the cutest bed-and-breakfast! The owner cooked a 5 star breakfast from scratch every morning. There were fresh baked treats every afternoon. The hospitality and genuine friendliness of the staff exceeded our expectations. The other guests were quiet and friendly. The neighborhood put us close enough to scooter around town or walk to a few places. We stayed on the third floor so if you’re staying up there, bring a small suitcase otherwise I recommend this Queen Ann 10 out of 10!! A friend and I came for a chill “Explore Denver” weekend. Staying here made everyday convenient and comfortable. Plus, free parking!

We had a wonderful stay. We were greeted by a very friendly Nicole who gave us a tour and answered all our questions. The whole place was very cute and our room was fantastic! We enjoyed breakfast and had a great chat with the breakfast chef as we drank our coffee. We only stayed one night but will be sure to book more nights on our next trip through Denver.

The best place to stay while in Denver. My go to place every time I’m in town. The best and kindest people and the most yummy breakfast every morning. Freshly baked cookies every evening and tea is also available! Delicious!

The Rooftop room was excellent! Loved the hot tub, the Denver skyline, and the lovely decor. Nicole was super friendly and the scones smelled amazing upon our arrival. We were able to walk 5 easy blocks to an event at the Mercury Cafe and had lots of fun. Breakfast in the morning was delicious! I'll be back!

Mattress and pillows could use an upgrade in Park.. otherwise, perfect place! Will stay again!!

We felt so much at home at the Queen Anne Urban Bed and breakfast. The home-cooked meals each morning were amazing. The place and the staff were charming and enhanced our stay. We will be back.

The staff was very friendly! They were able to accommodate late night arrivals and early morning departures, including breakfast! Breakfast was very good! The Jacuzzi bath in the room was wonderful!

We totally enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and the afternoon cookies were very delicious and filling. The Rooftop room we stayed in was small but perfect for us, with a large outdoor deck, and hot tub for two.

Absolutely amazing. Splendidly accommodating. Began with a tour, booked the Aspen room and was blown away. Enjoyed reservations at the Italian place across town, Coperta, the hosts recommendation of olive oil ice cream was spot on. Breakfast was lovely, freshly made and met the wonderful cook. Room was clean and had all that we needed. Would recommend the amazing tea bar and all the treasures in the living room.

Wonderful place.

The B&B has a great atmosphere, especially the common rooms are so gorgeous. I stayed in the Garden room which was in the basement but had a view of the garden. I even saw a squirrel munching on its dinner from my window! The room has no TV which I wasn‘t aware of before. Staff was always extremely friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was fantastic. Parking was possible in the driveway as well as the back alley without any problems. I would definitely recommend staying here if you plan to visit Denver.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Easy access, both walking and by vehicle, to local restaurants, events, and 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. Would definitely have a return stay!

This is a awesome place to stay. We were in the Aspen room. The painted trees were amazing, comfortable bed. The breakfast was so good we felt spoiled!! Thank you to the staff everyone was amazing.

Such a unique, lovely stay. The woman who checked us in was lovely! The staff was so kind in the morning as they prepared our breakfast and served us. I would recommend this stay to anyone!
