overall the place was great breakfast was good service was great rooms were nice only issue and i didn't even bring it to h their attention was the ac didn't cool the room but they were totally booked so we made it work and i have to say Michael at the front desk was great handled every issue greatly and friendly and i know he was very tired kinda reminded me of me hilto should do something special for him

Upon arrival I should have known this was going to be an AWFUL stay. Michael was sleeping in the dining area and we woke him up. He claim to be getting fresh coffee but coffee was ICE COLD (I checked) We were told we would not get the room we booked and was given a cramped king room with a pull out bed. I let Michael know I was not happy with this and he said first come first served. I then contacted hotels.com for early check out and was told Hampton inn would have to refund me for remaining two nights. Was then told by Michael that we couldn’t get a refund and he would contact us by 2pm to get moved to the “right” room. Never heard from him again. Room had ROACHES (see pics bc it won’t let me upload video) towels dingy and stench throughout ENTIRE HOTEL. Only one elevator worked and keypad only worked at one entrance around the building. Breakfast was ok (older guy server was so sweet and helpful. Would not recommend this hotel as it’s not up to standards and Michael at front desk needs to get out of hospitality as he is rude and condescending when it comes to how I spend my hard earn money. Thank you to the nice front desk on last night of 3 night holiday weekend who put us in the right room but again still cramped up and roaches. Luckily we were visiting family and tried not to spend much time at the property

First I want to say that the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The overall cleanliness was ok but this is an older property and desperately needs a renovation. They did text and ask if l needed anything and I responded that the hand soap was empty. I later discovered that the shampoo dispenser was empty and notified the front desk but neither one got addressed.

I reserved a room with a king bed. I got a queen because they ran out of kings (how does that happen?). The room was the smallest I’ve ever seen. Smaller than some motel rooms I’ve been to. It just wasn’t at all what I expected from Hampton Inn. Especially at $250 per night. Btw, the complimentary coffe was cold.

For the price and the hotel brand the this hotel is not worth it. The hotel is run down, unclean, and unsafe. In the first room they gave us, the tub spout diverter came out of the wall, water gushing out everywhere in the bathroom. Minutes after we realized water was pooling outside of the bathroom into the carpet though underneath the wall dividing the bath from the room. Reported the issue and wad given a different room. That one was a sauna and smelled horrible. No ac working at all. Third room? Unclean and with a run down Ac that literally sounded like a train in full motion. Breakfast offered had no options for people with dietary conditions. And the day we were checking out we found live roaches coming to bid us farewell. Not the stay we were hoping fot the high prices they charge in Fort Lauderlale. The elevator shakes so badly we decided to take the stairs 4 floors up and down because we did not feel safe at all. Staff is really nice and attentive, the hotel on the other hand sucks.

This hotel was for the most part, excellent! Rooms were nice, overall property was clean, breakfast was great, & staff was beyond friendly & helpful! There was however some unsavory people hanging around on property outdoors mainly. Some may have been guests possibly. But we were towing a trailer so parked in back & one day we came out to find a lady had tied 2 large dogs to the tires on the trailer & was looking suspicious with a screw driver in her hand. Another day while going downstairs to breakfast, we witnessed a man (who was a guest) urinating on the sidewalk out the back double doors of the hotel. Later in our stay I was propositioned to come to his room (119) as I passed by him outside smoking. Hopefully going forward your staff can patrol the outside area a little better both day & night to prevent this in the future.

Well, the caroet in room 219 is done, old and dirty. Shower was super clean, and towels are good qualities. Dining are was too vage, and brakefast was trash. You guys could not find my reservation information, so I ended up spending over an hour at front desk. 30% chance for me to go back there. I loved the shower, and the bed was not too soft, I slept. I like the multiple outlets in the room, space between desks and bed is too narrow, people can get hurt going in between. Front desk lady was nice.

Upon entering the property, there were people standing outside. The front desk clerk Michael was screaming on the phone with someone. I waited a fair amount of time before he got off the phone. I was checked in and the room was under water. The entire carpet was wet the bathroom was leaking and the room smelled aweful. The rooms were tiny and dirty. I went back to the desk the young lady was sweet. I was given another room, which was not much better. Therefore, I left.

The dinning room kitchen people their service was beyond my expectations very high scale customer services, friendly ready to help everyone. The property was clean and well maintained indoors. The breakfast attendant was kind and did his best to keep up with demand but it was a lot for just one person. All of the employees working the front desk were very polite and welcoming. The hot tub was down our entire stay the pool was clean most of the time except one day however the pool/outdoor attendant was rude and not friendly he unnecessarily scolded a group of teenagers who were just having fun and not bothering anyone. I was there with my husband elderly parents and young child and we were all able to enjoy the space without incident. The attendant was rude when he addressed them and did not even bother to clean turn on the hot tub although asked by multiple guests. Overall the stay was pleasant breakfast was good enough and the hotel was clean the rooms are a little tight if you are planning to have more than 2 guests.

This is the third time I have stayed at the hotel. This last time was not entirely to my liking. To start the clean rooms. What I complain about is that if you don't ask for the room to be cleaned, they don't do it and they don't change the towels for what you should have been asking for. The ice machines worked every other day. Additionally, I also had to ask for bags for the garbage cans to throw away the garbage because if you don't request it, they won't do it. The door in the back that leads to the elevators was always open so there was no security. I was surprised since it wasn't like that before. It would be a shame if the Hotel is damaged since it is in a good location.

Booked Hampton Inn because everywhere we go it never disappoints This time was the worse hotel we ever stayed. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was dirty, carpets filthy, ceiling popcorn was peeling and falling off, towels smelled and looked dirty as being already used bathroom floors looked like never cleaned. One of our bedsheets was actually dirty and ripped. It showed as a smoke free hotel, but everywhere smelled strongly like cigarettes and “other stuff”. We had much higher expectations given its reviews rating on hotels.com (8.0), but we would’ve rated is as FAIR. Also, “thin walls”! Passed the lobby, It really lacked maintenance upkeep and overall cleanness could really be better.
