The experience was great!

No shower curtain, hot tub was cold. Breakfast was aweful! Still frozen and late.

Needs more cleaning

Me and my sister stayed in the room 408, the coffee pot didn't work and they didn't have the breakfast either

The room was in disrepair. Patches all over the wall. Lamp shades had tears in them. Bathroom was filthy. Bathroom floor was sticky as if it never was mopped. Mirror lights in the bathroom did not work. Club chair had stains on it. Walls in the hallway & elevator were horribly patched. Overall cleanliness of the building was bad!

The hotel was older and not as up to date as expected. The room was clean and the night desk clerk was very helpful.

Very good condition. Renovations are improving the look and function of the hotel. Nice staff.

Check in was fine. The buillding in poor repair, elevator only one working, light oy at room door, shower curtain rod broken, dirty towels left in bathroom, ac making lots of noise, moldy, eats at breakfast and the list goes on

The property is an older property. But is was clean. Check in was fast and they a proper bar in the hotel. If you are in town for a night or 2 and wanna save a few bucks., it more than gets the job done.

The staff was very nice but the room was cleaned poorly. There were beer cap bottles around the room, food on the floor. The toilet had a ring inside. The tub was very old & looked nasty. The seat at the desk was torn up. It was dusty & the tables weren’t throughly clean. It doesn’t look at all like the pictures. I can see why the price was much cheaper than other hotels. years ago it was pretty nice so that’s what I was expecting.

The hotel is falling apart. Our room furniture has mold all on it. The tub was dirty. The elevator seemed on its last leg. Spoke with other guests and they had similar experiences. The pool and hot tub are not open. I will say that the bed was not uncomfortable and the staff were friendly.

Run!!!! Do not stay here. There are sketchy people that hang out behind the hotel at night. When I checked in I was charged the reservation amount at check in. My card was charged an additional amount which happens to be there standard rate for two nights. When I called about the additional charges I was advised that I was charged due to damages in the room. They said there were empty bottles and broken glass that was left in the room. This was a blatant lie. The only drinks I took into the room was a Sonic cup which I threw in the trash and a plastic bottle of Diet Coke which I took upon leaving. They supposedly have videos and pictures from housekeeping that I am still waiting for them to send me. Please avoid these fraudsters at all costs and save yourself the headache.

I had never had stayed in such a dirty room. When the front desk guy came up t9 fix the TV, I'd meant to tell him. I was so tired, I didnt remember. But it was not only the room, but the staurwell, and first floor as well. It. These areas hadn't seen a broom in awhile.

The bathroom could have been better cleaned. I didn't expect much with the prices, but am very picky on cleanliness especially towards the bathroom. Other then that, quiet place, friendly staff. Everything in the room worked just fine and bed was very comfy! If ever in texarkana again under different circumstances this is a good option!

The rooms were awful! Floors were sticky! The water smelt so bad that we couldn't drink it or shower! There was trash on the elevators and wores sticking out everywhere!

When we got to our room it was not clean, beds weren’t made towels on bathroom floor. They gave us another room but o didn’t want to even set foot in the shower .

My room was in poor condition. The bathroom was not clean. Urine stains on the toilet. The bedding had stains. The clientele was not the best. We did not stay. We went to another hotel.

Breakfast was subpar for a wyndham property looks like a franchise location doors slamming all night black mold on shower curtains no pool or was closed with out any signage poorly taken care of property tried requesting a receipt she got snippy i will be requesting a refund on thos property. Party amd weed filled the lobby

The halls were hot, the elevator extremely slow. Got to room - home in bathroom door furniture broken badly. Sheets were spotted. Doors slammed all night.

An honest and thoughtful review: My partner and I, both very young and in a pinch to save money booked this place sort of by mistake. We initially did not want it because the reviews were so overwhelmingly bad that we were discouraged from this place, but booked it when I forgot to save the other location we had in mind. I decided we would just go check it out and see if it was that bad. We heard lots of reviews on : Moldy smell, gross carpets and hallways, broken elevators, moldy showers, loud noise, and terrible breakfast. Good things: No carpeted hallways, Clean smells and looks in hallways, our room, and bathroom. Our shower was fully functional and not moldy. No bedbugs or ants in the bed we tore apart to see if there were any. Service desk was pretty nice. Quiet. Warm water with great water pressure. Our stay was NOTHING like the reviews scared us into thinking it would be. Location is also wonderful, being right by the highway so we could just get on the interstate. Negatives: We did see 3 roaches, 2 in the lobby, 1 in our room. Breakfast was lacking a bit, cereal a little stale. There was some spots of dirt , dust, chipped paint, drawers a little dirty. Did seem understaffed which may be why previous guests had a bad time, and general cleanliness overall seemed a little lacking as well everywhere outside of the rooms. Overall, this place was great to crash to get to where were going the next day. Old, understaffed, but good. It should cost less though.

Bathtub wouldnt drain. Shower was broken.restaurant wasnt open. Pool wasnt open, one elevator worked, Wasnt clean, massage chairs broken, icky stuff in the elevator, no housekeeping for 4 days, says bar but wasnt one. Basically its trash. The water pressure was a trickle, we paid for a great stay. Nope.

Exterior was rundown. Lobby and common areas were clean but dingy and staff was unprofessional looking. Room smelled like wet dog as soon as we walked in. Did not look like the photos.
