TV in the room didnt work. Asked to be moved to another room with working TV but was not allowed to. Floors were sticky. Asked for a discount for not having the amenities that i was told the room had, but to no avail.

The first room that I checked into was awful!! The tv didn’t work, the phone was out and the refrigerator was not working. They put me in a different room and it was not much better. Usually I have a good stay at this hotel, but it obviously needs some improvements.

Stay was great only problem was the hot water

Front of A/C hanging over towards floor had to hold it up with table. a/c filter terribly dirty. Four lamps in room only two working. I went an asked for two bulbs. This took care of one but not the other. Towel rack broken from wall on one side. Nice Staff, grounds clean and area quiet.

First room 127 that I was given had non-functioning lights. In the second room 121, the television was lying face down on the dresser. (Not that I planned to watch it). Toilet needs to be fixed in 121, every few minutes the tank would partially refill.

AC in our room didn't work 11am check out but cleaning came knocking at 9:30 despite DO NoT disturb on door handle, then again at 10:30...RUDE Complained at front desk, they didn't give a f$&@!

I was impressed with the cleanliness. The room was clean and spacious. Newly updated. I would definitely stay again.

My room could have been clean up. My telephone didn't work. I had to keep walking downstairs my For service, my room was not clean.

We got in at about 6pm... nice & quick check in was very happy with that part 💯... Rooms was really roomy and they were very friendly and helpful when needed

I stayed here in December on my first cross country trip so I deliberately stopped here again on this trip because I knew it was clean, very comfortable and that the staff was super friendly.

Room was dated. Upholstery on chair was worn and torn. Bed was nice. Could hear outside noise all night long. Could hear neighbors all night long. And toilet dripped all night long. The noise made for a fitful sleep. Would not recommend.

The beds were very comfortable but the furniture was in very rough shape. The worst part was the floors. They were so filthy, I had to put my slippers in a plastic bag.

The main light switch did not work, and the flapper in the toilet tank was not sealing correctly, so it sounded like it was running all night. The bed was pretty comfortable

Totally outdated

It worked well for me staying on the other side of the Mississippi River from Memphis TN across that fantastic bridge in Arkansas. Much quieter and less manic suited my needs better. Mexican restaurant next door is brilliant for beer and food. I really enjoyed my stay here thanks !

Fair for the price

We drove from illinois 4 1/2 hours to attend a funeral. We booked our stay 1 day in advance when we arrived we brought our stuff inside and then went to eat after we got back we found out that our heat didnt work in the room. We tried calling front desk and found the phone didn't work. We then called from our cell phone an the lady argued that we have waited 2 hours to say something. Regardless of how long we waited them things should still be in working condition it was 40 degrees outside. They had no other available rooms an all near by hotels were fully booked. We had to run the hot shower to heat up the room The next morning we were getting ready and the blow dryer didn't work either. Everything was dirty and they never once offered a refund We asked for one In all they ever kept saying was. We waited 2 hours to say something. Absolutely horrible I wouldn't recommend this for anybody's dog let alone a family. If we hadn't have been here to attend a funeral. We would have left.

Check in was very efficient. Staff were cordial and helpful. Room was functional and quiet but worn. Cleanliness was average.

Great check in but from there it went downhill. First room had mechanical problems, noise issues. Second room was still being cleaned. When we returned, the Javex smell was extreme and hung for the entire night. Aside our room was assigned to another guest which had to be sorted out after we had unloaded!

This hotel room was nice, cozy and comfy. It was clean. Soft beds, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc... Great staff, friendly staff, needs were met while there. They had a great free breakfast every morning. A great place to stay I recommend.
