This place is close to Southland casino is in a bad neighborhood where a lot of crime drugs and other things take place we're told do not go behind the fence around the area because of the bad crime rate and drug addicts also room wasn't ready when we got there like it was supposed to be at check-in time and the place around the area look like a lot of it need to be condemned

The room was dirty. The garbage bag had been emptied but the remnants of what was in it before was still there. The floors needed mopped. It is a very old motel room. But, the breakfast was great!

We had a clean room,the floor was a little broken up but we made do just fine, the night lady was very nice and breakfast was good. We will stay again

Overall it was a good stay. I like the bed especially, it was high off the ground and firm. The bathroom was very clean. The door needs attention, didn’t look like it was closed all the way from the outside, but it was.

The overall conditions of this hotel are deplorable. The stairway to the second floor was so rusty and substantial weight will bring it crashing down. The walkways were badly in need of cleaning/painting and dirty throughout the property. The chair in the room was filthy and worn beyond its expiration date.

Let me just say the for the price I would say they did a good job. This property is very run down. Walk ways falling apart. Curtin in the room half torn off the rod, Bad paint jobs to cover issues. Room was clean though, Staff make everything. Easy check in and check out. Oh here is a plus if you like Mexican food. The place next door is amazing.

The stay overall was nice my only problem was the mosquitos in the room....it was so bad within 20 min headed to Walgreens and bought spray....I can only assume it's because of the pool

The girl when we checked in was not very pleasant. The girl in the morning of the 23rd was very nice. The air was not working very well when we first got there. Had to go down to the desk to complain twice before someone showed up.The maintenance guy was nice but could not make it work better.

Stayed in this hotel on the way down south for vacation and on the way back up. The first time, the toilet in the room leaked through the night and the room was disgusting when we woke up. We figured we were leaving so oh well. On the way back we checked in, got up to the room (we requested a different room than the first time), opened the door to find water all over the place. The AC was leaking. We checked out, the staff was nice and granted a refund, and we went elsewhere.

I reserved a non smoking room. They didnt have any so we took a smoking room. The room smelled of marijuana and there is a syringe inside the vents of the air conditioner. No bed bugs and the bed was comfortable. Personally, I would not stay there again.

Pretty decent stay. Coffee pot in the room was missing parts. Management said they would take care of it but never did. Breakfast was awesome.

The property is right off the interstate - convenient. When we arrived around 11 pm door to lobby was locked. NO button to get in, and someone had to meet us at a window, and then they unlocked the door, and were able to check in. Didn't feel safe. It's an old facility. We were there just one night. Check out they were courteous.

Staff at check in and out was very courteous. Room was clean but common areas were not. Two things made our stay poor. Our rooms were near the pool and there was a loud party that went on past 3 am on a Sunday night. Also our door did not close properly and the door opens directly to outdoors. There was lots of trash and bottles right outside our door from other guests. I wish the hotel would have enforced the quiet and pool closing hours.

I asked for a ground floor unit when I made my reservation, but didn’t get one. I had to carry all my items upstairs because no elevator. I’m almost 70 and have had both knees replaced, so stairs are challenging. Even my dogs didn’t like them. The wood floor in the room was so dirty that the bottoms of my feet were black after walking barefoot from the shower. The grounds are a mess.

I will not even rate the property as we didn't stay when we arrived before check in my husband being an officer started to chat with a West Memphis city police officer who he bumped into and told us we were in the wrong area and recommended not to stay at this particular hotel with the family! I apologize for the bad review and not putting the hotel at fault but Expedia who are not refunding us for our stay I guess money is more important than their customers.

For the money it was a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked good, the shower had good pressure, the room was clean and the staff was polite and courteous.

Bring slippers and ask for new sheets. The floors are in need of a deep cleaning. Despite its drawbacks, I would stay here again. It is very well-priced, even comes with a full breakfast (though no fruit). The staff was excellent, everyone was smiling, friendly and helpful. They even printed a mailing label for us as a courtesy. The people are what made this location good.

The bed was like the surface of the moon. It took the water so long to even begin to get warm you're done with your shower. Just expect a cold shower.

Shower had no hot water,staff was pleasant,but didn’t attend to the needs of guests,cockroach was crawling in the breakfast area staff killed it and left it in the floor.

We arrived early and we knew we wouldn’t be able to check in before 1:00 pm but I did want to make sure they knew we was coming back but it would be later that evening and the lady at desk at 11:40 am wasn’t to friendly but she did say she would make a note to make sure our room was held, at 9:35 pm we arrive back and a really sweet lady checks us in, we had king size smoking room trackside and bottom level, they put us in a double regular size bed upstairs in back of hotel, smelt like a skunk which I’m sure was someone smoking marijuana I hear that marijuana smells like a skunk! The air wasn’t even on and it was really hot in room, we didn’t get anything like I reserved, I always have used this Days Inn cause it’s always really nice, great service, this trip was nothing like usual, but it has been over 9 months since we visited!
