The hotel was clean and economic. I had to extend my stay multiple times due to my wife being in the hospital and not knowing when she would be getting released. I didn't feel like I was going broke by staying for so long. The staff was very nice and accomodating for my stay extensions.

Three stars only because it was cheap. We stayed Tuesday night before Thanksgiving...the hotel was very empty. Despite that, we were put near families with kids next to us and below us. The hallway smelled of cigarette/weed smoke. Dogs were barking in the courtyard early in the morning. The hotel was checking fire alarms so they warned us that we may get a knock in the morning from maintenance... I asked what time and they said they started at 7am, so I asked that they avoid knocking. Despite that, our fire alarm did a few rounds of beeping at about 730 in the morning waking us up. It is ok for a place to sleep, but not much else.

Terrible stay- very very thin walks, could hear loud TVs, kids yelling and laughing and running around. Switched rooms- three times! Other rooms smelled like bad rubbing alcohol or chemicals- in the sheets!!! The hotel is run down and dirty, no elevator to be seen. BUT the staff were over the top friendly and helpful- the only thing amazing about this place. I’m a seasoned traveler, and I’ve never switched rooms even once, certainly 3 times in one place says it all. Idk how this place received a rating of 8, it’s completely false. Photo of something smeared on the chair of my first room. Gross!

Place is outdated which is fine but lamp shade has rips, shower curtain rips, ceiling water damage ( right above bed) door sticks and while like pet friendly neighbors dog barked all night after I was assured it would be taken care of. Nephew stayed his room much better, less noise. I was at way end of hall.

We stay here because it’s near family and the price is right. The plant is a little old and we had to change rooms while they repaired. Hallways could be a bit cleaner. Great staff. Quiet and convenient. We’ll be back.

The room was so dirty and falling apart. The ceiling looked like it was going to collapse. The paint was falling off the ceiling everywhere. The curtains were filled with holes everywhere. Sink was leaking. We came in late so we had no time to switch rooms. Remarkably the bed was very comfortable. When we checked out the following morning we told the staff about the issues and were told sorry and they will be addressed promptly.

Horrible stay, they rate this at a rate of 8 no it’s a 2, dirty had to get wipes to wipe everything off, the doors needed to be replace, got to forced door shut, that’s the noise that will wake u up when guests are checking out, lights in bathroom are dim not lighting, room smelled

Had to request room service after staying there for three consecutive days. Every time i left the property had to have my key recoded (daily basis) for my room. The parking lot was being resurfaced which limited parking (handicap guest).

The area is unwalkable, have to Uber anywhere as it’s right off the highway and no sidewalks. The staff were not super friendly or helpful. It was just meh.

Spent 4 nights there. Very dog friendly. Comfortable bed. Room service respected the do not disturb sign. The dog rooms were close to the back door.

The stay was fine. Beds were nice and soft. The downfall was when we were walking back from the pool and was almost attacked by a dog staying in a room a few doors down from ours. It was a terrifying experience. It was an extremely aggressive full size german Shepard. Then we were told not to say anything because we were not physically attacked by the dog. If he had not grabbed the dogs collar he would have taken a bite out of one of us.

The room smell musty and curtains were ragged. The location was convenient, parking lot was full when I arrived due to an event at the convention center but I was able to find a good spot later. I did not see an elevator in the premises. Everything worked OK and the room was clean despite the bad odor. In general outdated.

The hotel room itself was nice. Pool isn’t bad, but not heated. Overall for the price, I can’t complain. There were some shady guests at the hotel and we did see the cops there a couple times. I don’t know if that’s normal there or not. Rest of the town seemed pretty decent.

Due to the hot weather, the air conditioning in the room was not keeping up. The room seemed to be older and needed updating. We checked out the same day we checked in because it was bad enough.
