The location to UW campus is a big plus. The hotel overall was very nice. Enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay there again.

The room is nothing special. A little disappointed with the maintenance of the room. Some of the wall paper was torn and the sink leaked water from the side of the faucet. I was hoping for a little more soundproof doors. Our room had a king size bed and for a big guy, I had plenty of room for me and my wife. With that being said, big and tall people should be cautious, the room and the shower might be too cramp. The breakfast was eggs, bacon, biscuit and gravy, pancakes, cereal and toast/bagel. I took a bite and decided to go out instead.

Hotel did not have my reservation, even though I had a confirmation number from Hotels.com. Clerk was rude and refused to provide any assistance.

The hotel was really nice. The gym and pool is a real plus. The breakfast was nice but it could have more choices and be more diverse. The room's furniture need to be refreshed but otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend also the room service, the food is tasty. The staff was really nice and helpful

Front desk staff are friendly, room is clean, breakfast is good, kitchen ladies are nice. Convenient parking on site. Free coffee and hot water all day. Close to the campus of UW-Madison. It is also worth mentioning that there is a free shuttle service within 2 miles of the hotel very suitable for shopping and dining.

The room smelled musty like it used to be a smoking room. Also, no water botttles in the room was disappointing. Also, the shampoo and conditioner should be in the shower, not on the sink outside the bathroom. For $220/night, I expected more.

This is a great place to stay. The staff was helpful and everything went well with our stay. I appreciated the free breakfast and the restaurant also served great food for dinner. The neighboorhood has some real gems like the Ice Cream Social and Lombardino's.

Smooth check-in process. Spacious room. Plenty of dining options offsite as well as a restaurant onsite. I love the automatic espresso machine that makes a variety of coffee drinks for the breakfast buffet.

The hotel itself is nice. Good restaurant and bar area. Their margherita pizza However, if you're trying to stay there for campus visits or needs, it's a bit far away. The clients are mostly UW-Hospital patients or friends, so it's very quiet.

Pool was too cold to even go into so my kids didn’t even get to enjoy it but the breakfast in the morning was amazing just hard to entertain a 3 and 2 year old with no swimming pool they could go into.

We did not have a great start to our trip - we arrived to find 50% of the parking lot closed for resurfacing. There was no parking available at the hotel - the staff directed us to park in the lot for the hotel up the street (0.5 of a mile away). They did not mention the hotel shuttle; they just let us go off on our own in the dark. Had I been a woman traveling alone, I would have been scared out of my mind. On returning to the hotel for the night, it became clear that there was a fleet of shuttles ready to take people to and from the hospital - a heads-up would have been nice! The front desk staff were kind, but a bit clueless. The one highlight was the delightful waiter in the restaurant.

I arrived and found that much of the parking lot was blocked off due to a project. There was not enough parking for the guests booked. They had no solution except that I could book 8 blocks away at a hospital and pay to park... And they would pick me up. I had to leave again at 930 pm... For 20 minutes and this was not even a solution. This is ridiculously annoying and not good service. Then the front desk guy said, "Well, what's worse is that we overbooked rooms for tonight too!"... !?!! What? I have a daughter going to college here and it is unlikely I will ever book here again.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at the BW Intown. We come yearly for the art fair. The hotel is always neat clean pleasant staff and really nice breakfast. Close to restaurants and a cute ice cream shop across the street. We will be back again next year.

This is a nice hotel near UW Madison. It's a busy area during the day, but the hotel was quiet. There are some excellent restaurants near the hotel...a burger at The Blue Moon recommended!
