We had a great stay. Out in room refrigerator was t working but after calling the front desk, it was quickly replaced. Shower head placement was a bit unusual but after the first night of limited hot water, it was back to hot the rest of our stay. Towels were replaced frequently. Beds were comfortable. The one thing needed is better soundproofing to limit the noise we heard in the hallway.

The parking garage on the property was shut down, so we had to drive to the next block to the parking lot of a TD Bank.

Was ok. Property is in need of some renovation. The packing garage has been out of commission for over three years. You have to pack offsite. The roof in the pool room was leaking when it was raining. Other than that, the room was clean. The staff was pleasant.

The phone in my room didn’t work so I could t calm the front desk or other guests in the hotel. There was some kind of spring Sri Kong out from the base of the bed which caught my leg twice.

No parking. Had. To carry items to a parking lot. Valet not easily found. Room not ready until 3 pm. Had no where to change for a wedding. Did not volunteer to store luggage.

Very convenient location. A dated hotel but you can tell they are trying hard to update everything. Clean property and well staffed. No issues with the rooms. The only drawback is the parking. The hotel parking garage is closed and we had to park a block away. They did offer valet parking.

Parking garage was closed and although the valet parking was free, it was inconvenient. Room shape was odd. Only bathroom light switch on outside of bathroom also controlled one of the bedroom lights. Carpet was sticky in areas. Room door opened directly out to pool area. No central air conditioning, free standing units with tube vents through window to outside. Appeared to cater to long term tenants with full kitchen and more storage than standard rooms.

Parking a disaster at this hotel. Hotel parking garage closed, because it is being renovated. Hotel says it has free valet parking until midnight - but no one was there at 10:45. So I had to park in the street, risking a ticket and tow.

Really insufficient and unsafe parking. The garage was closed for construction and we all had to park in a nearby but not really convenient commercial lot. There was someone trying all the car doors to get into the cars when I was there. When I reported it to the hotel staff, they acknowledged knowing about it but no real remedy. I asked them to call the police.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites for one night. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The crew was excellent. I left a few things in the closet, and I realized this after 45 minutes of checking out. When I called the desk, they were very helpful.

The off site parking was inconvenient as our party has limited mobility. We have a handicap placard and were told on the phone we could park in the hotel lot with it. They failed to mention there are only two spots. None were available. There was valet offered but at our time of check in it was an absolute mess. The staff was doing the best they could but it was terribly understaffed.

We were in town for a family event. Staff at check in and out were nice.. Pool looekd got but we did not use, time crunch. Location is downtown, if main street ois pretty neat, check out some trees with green tags on them, we had fun reading. Once the garage is fixed it will be great place. Avoid the buffet offered at additional charge, nothing like the it was under prior ownership. Basically just the free breakfast buffet at other chains. Overall great place with two minor things I didn't like.
