Check-in was wonderful, the front desk clerk was very friendly and I received a gift. My room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was superb. Parking was free and the proximity to my room was a short distance which was great. I would stay here again. This was a business trip.

Overnight trip. Was easy to get to from highway. Lots of parking. Nice atrium, our room overlooked it. Nice restaurant. Great value.

I reserved a standard room. You guys completely over book and moved me into a handicap room because that was all you had available, even though I reserved my room several months ago you didn't hold my reservation. I used the shower and it was horrible, the shower head wasn't working and Couldn't really do anything. Also you had a wedding there this past weekend where you allowed the people in the common area to be screaming and shouting till three in the morning. Even after complaints where made they still where shouting till three in the morning. Over all the stay was bad and I doubt I will be using that place again unless I have no choice.

ventilation was very loud. when I called the front desk they said there was nothing they can do because the hotel was sold out, but they did offer us a 2 queen beds. We paid for a king….. in the end they made use stay in the room and offered us 25$ compensation. I feel they could of giving us 100$ instead of 25$

The grounds of the hotel are really nice and the area is convenient/ depending where you need to go (and of course if you have a car)

I came to the Hotel late at night-early morning. I put out the do-not-disturb sign. But I was waken up by cleaning crew literally every hour from 8 in the morning, even though they saw the do-not-disturb sign. I couldn't sleep. This happened to me in the past as well. What a disgrace. They charge the most of any hotel in the area, basically paying 200 bucks to be bombarded with knocks on the door in the morning every hour.

Clean and serviceable rooms with a friendly and helpful staff. While staying the large atrium was being used for a wedding and made for a phenomenal venue.
Unfortunately, the room did need some maintenance. The bathroom had ceiling tiles needing to be replaced. The countertop had a permanent ring, and the bed, although very comfortable to sleep upon, was noisy when you moved.

Some rooms facing the interior main lobby can be noisy at night when they have special events going on. Other than that, the rooms are really comfortable, including the bed and with good amenities. Restaurant food is good and the prices are reasonable. The staff members are really welcoming. Great stay overall.

The was a very large group in the room across from me. They partied very late into the night for the 3 nights I was there…and didn’t sleep. They continually slammed doors at all hours. When asked by me and other guests to quiet down after midnight, they increased the noise level. A very poor experience.

For what the room cost they don’t clean the room every day, the same coffee mug wasn’t replaced with a new one every day I washed the mug and reused it every day, the restaurant was very good and the hotel is quiet.
