Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in any hotel. It had a very large dip in the bed. Was terrible to sleep on. Other guests we were there with, had a bed that was completely broken on the end. Breakfast was decent, but things were not refilled quickly. We tried getting OJ before the meal, notified them it was out. Ate our breakfast and tried to get some after we were done. It was still out.

Me and a friend did a girls weekend. The room was good. Room was clean. Beds were good. The hall way carpet needs a up date. The breakfast was ok. Had a lot to pick from. I would stay if ever in town again.

Chose this for location but this is a 1.5 star hotel at its best. First room toilet don’t work. Other room had no shower curtain. Floors in the hallways and elevator looked like they’d never been cleaned. Beds are cheap and lumpy. Pillows were terrible. Granted we just wanted a bed for the night but I would not stay here again or recommend at all.

As soon as you walk in the room the entery way light didn’t work. The floor was sticky, the walls were dirty in the bathroom. Half of the towels weren’t even clean.

This was one of the dirties hotels I have stayed in. The floor was filthy, the bed linens were yellowed and had stains. The towels didn’t look clean and were very poor quality. The breakfast attendant looked like he had just rolled out of bed in sweats and slides on his feet. The breakfast was missing a lot of items.

This property has been renovated but there are many things still in need of attention at the hotel to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It does not feel like a renovated property…seems dated and in need of repairs with a few new items overlayed.

We only stayed 1 night so didn’t have much counteracting with any one we stayed 1 night because we can to visit bush garden and we wouldn’t make it back to Maryland after enjoying the park

First- I already alerted hotel staff and corporate. We checked in late Friday night. There was an extremely strong chemical smell when we entered our room on the 2nd floor. Air and bed linens felt damp. We thought it was cold from the ac and they probably had the carpets cleaned recently. The next morning my feet were wet when I walked on the carpet. There was a chemical/soapy film on my hands when I touched the linens and carpet. We turned the ac to 70 degrees and left for the day. When we got back at 630p the room was humid and everything was damp, including the clothes, pillows, and blanket we brought from home. Front desk let me check a room on the 1st floor but it was also damp. We left and are getting a refund from corporate for Saturday night since we didn't stay. The property is under construction and there's debris around the hotel. The rooms are partially updated, but mattresses are hard, linens are thin, and there were stains on the sheets. Go anywhere else.

Not the stay we expected. Booked a King room and were given a Queen. After going back to the front desk was told that the water wasn’t working in the room with the King. Would have been nice to know at check in so we had the option to go somewhere else. Electric outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Two rooms around us had barking dogs. They’ve attempted to put lipstick on a pig with this hotel but they’ve fallen short. Spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else.

The pictures online did not convey the actual experience. It was much dirtier than expected on the inside, with wet floors in the hotel room, and a musty smell. We stayed 2 nights and tried the breakfast the first day. A cockroach was hanging out by the waffle maker, which made me look around and realize the breakfast area was also not clean.

This property needs a complete renovation or rebuild. The entire facility smelled of mold. (Signage indicated an issue with sprinkler systems). The room had large mold stains over most of the ceiling. There was not hot water either night. It was like someone bought the rundown business cheap and trying to make it work. Staff was nice, and bed was somewhat comfortable.

Our stay was good. Hotel is in the process of being updated and modernized. My impression is this is a new owner trying to make this a better operation. It is not 5 star yet but definitely not horrible and in time this will be a primo hotel to stay. Owner just needs the time and patience of patrons to make it happen. Staff is great and friendly. Comp breakfast is really good. If I am back in that area again I'll stay there again to support this business.

The ladies at the desk were professional and wonderfu along with the older gentleman pushing the trash cans. That’s were it ended, the room was musty and the bathroom was dirty with hair in the corners and a tiny curly hair on the edge of the tub. The mattress one one of the beds sunk into the middle and you had to keep rolling out and back to the edge of the bed while the springs creaked. The workout room was having work done in it and Sunday at 6am there was a lot of noise and drilling sounds that woke us all up and continued for quite some time! We were first out to breakfast where a worker came in finishing a conversation from the lobby the said “ These “Mother F’ing” kids” in front of my 9yr old. Unprofessional as he stared over the continental breakfast area with a tip jar out(definitely not) he rudely told a teen to use tongs for bread, they were in his hand already. Microwave was filthy on the outside with greasy finger prints inside not any better(we were the first ones there so…) Room 115

Smelled of marijuana, fixtures falling apart in bathroom. A bit of construction going on and holes innthe ceiling. Pricing was a little too high for the quality of the hotel.

Extremely disappointing, overall. It just looks and feels like Radisson bought out a dingy hotel but never made any real improvements. Felt unclean and disheveled all around. We don't live far from the area, and I would have rather just eaten the cost of the room and just driven back home for the night.

Is really due for an upgrade, the matressess are not comfortable and o kept waking up as I was not comfortable. The idea of housekeeping only every 3rd day is not a good one.

We stayed multiple times in this hotel and it was always fine except for the last one. Way too much mold and the room smelled really bad. Otherwise the location is great, plenty of parking and free breakfast is always a plus.

Breakfast was pretty good, great variety. Husband loved the coffee. Room smelled like urine and air freshener. There was a wet spot on the floor that never dried over the 3 days we stayed. There was a family of roaches living underneath the microwave. Fridge kept things very cold, top shelf even started to freeze. Nice tv, strong AC. Very nice staff. Great location, 8 minutes to Busch gardens and restaurants/shopping centers. Beds are super firm but not painful. One of the mattresses smelled of pee. Parking lot is inclined and not smooth at all. Pool is not made with children in mind, not even any steps.

We had a very nice stay for an excellent price at this hotel. The breakfast was good (especially the breakfast burritos they served one morning!), and my daughter ans i enjoyed using the pool.
