We were generally pleased with the hotel, but I like a harder bed. We particularly liked the breakfast. Instead of a low-quality buffet, we received a choice of several high-quality breakfasts for just $6.

I actually booked the wrong hotel by mistake so i was skeptical when checking in but I was surprised. The ladies immediately greeted me and accommodated me checking in rather early. The room was very spacious and the hotel is clean. The only downside I would say is the parking garage is very tight and if you're in a SUV or truck, it may be right at the height restriction. The only issue i had was on check out day, the housekeepers started knocking on our door @ 8am; i got up and said yes we were checking out and returned to sleep. @ 934a another one came and knocked and asked the same thing!! And then again @ 1018a, the third one came. Hello... check out is 11a, so don't bother guest unit they've went beyond that time please. It's ridiculous and uncalled for.

First, I was greeted at the front desk by Dabriella. She was amazing. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and basically everything any company wants as their customers first impression. Every employee from maintenance to the restaurant was great but she was exceptional. The rooms were clean. The hotel was surprisingly clean considering they were doing construction. There wasn’t a lot of dust or workers blocking areas. The elevators at times were slow but all 4 worked. The food in the restaurant was good so it was an excellent option for when we didn’t feel like walking anywhere. The hotel is located close to a lot of stuff. We were there to go to the Saenger which was about a 7 minute walk. It took about 15 minutes for us to stroll to Bourbon Street. Also we walked at all times of the day and night. There is a police station close but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I had to travel to New Orleans for a work project and it was during the Saints vs. Falcons. I was grateful to have received a room on such a short notice. I thought that I would have a small room, but was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was! In addition, I enjoyed a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant.

The hotel had an amazing location. You could walk to anything you wanted. It was literally two or three blocks from the Superdome. They had their own garage. The staff were all amazing and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here

This is our third or fourth stay at that hotel. Great location and the staff is always nice! Need more staff at the bar! Often a line. The rooms are clean and the amenities are a nice touch.

Overall, it was a great day very convenient to everything. We were there for a Saints football game and we’re able to walk to the Superdome and back to the hotel 10 minutes each way. The food was good in the restaurant. The drinks were good coffee the rooms were nice. The balconies were locked. We weren’t able to use those. We had to ask housekeeping to bring us towels the second day And other than housekeeping knocking on the door at 9 o’clock this morning asking us if we were leaving. Everything else was good.

Check-in was terrible but that was due to a Taylor swift concert and super busy so not staff fault. Big shout out to dabdriella for assistance. Lifts were slow and so was WiFi. Breakfast was excellent and another big shout out to Tia and Brie who assisted us. Rooms big and bed so comfy. Tram to french market and bus stop near hotel. 0 min walk to bourbon st, Superdome canal street. Swimming pool nice for a dip but not lengths. Would stay again if in new Orleans.

I booked this hotel solely for the balcony and once I get in the room I find out that access to the balcony has been blocked by the CEO. My wife likes to enjoy the sun while reading and that was impossible with this stay.

This was a getaway for me. All the staff was wonderful and my room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t was when it was time to checkout. Only two elevators were working and it took forever for them. Oh it is super safe with security and cameras everywhere

Booked this hotel through Expedia. Get to the hotel to check in and we’re told they don’t accept our chime card as a form of payment for the deposit. This is our main checking account. Nothing on Expedia or the hotels website about not accepting Chime. I disputed the issue with Expedia but the hotel refuses to issue a refund. This left us last minute searching for another hotel to stay in. I just want others to be aware before booking that they may refuse your payment method and you’ll be in the same situation we were left in.

The check-in lady can’t remember her name but she is wonderful. It was on the around 4 or little after. .She dotted all I’s and cross all T’s exceptional worker. Our check-out ladies was one of the rudest employees a company could have hired( Tamika Harris is her name) The severs at the restaurant are wonderful and very tentative hands down for those to ladies. Food a 10/10. The housekeepers were wonderful as well 10/10. I will stay again but hope they handle the 1 bad apple.

I reserved a handicap accessible room. I could get around the room with my manual chair with no obstructions. The bathroom I could get into and the shower was accessible for the most part. Luckily, I’m able to stand with assistance and was able to transfer to shower chair. I brought my own shower chair just in case they didn’t have any. There wasn’t one already in the room, but I never did call front desk and ask for one either. I give it ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 5.

The hotel was nice. great location was great but wished I had better answers when asked where to pick up the streetcar. we had to walk far. Also they do not let u smoke on the balconies. we had to walk downstairs and cross the street. i wouldnt have booked the hotel if I had known this
