Very weird setup for parking. Had to pay to park overnight and trying to find the area in the parking ramp designated for hotel guests was tricky. The stairwell from the parking ramp to the hotel was disgusting. There appeared tobe vomit on the stairs, it was rusty, dirty and smelled like weed. The room itself was so hot when we got there that we had to turn on the cool air to try to cool it down. It was still stuffy the next morning. The chlorine in the pool area was so strong that it made our eyes sting. I went to make coffee in the mini keurig, which worked well,but the packets with powdered cream and sugar didnt include a straw or stir stick, so i couldn't mix it. Overall, we were unimpressed with the hotel considering what we paid.

I have mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel was nice enough, it felt partially updated and clean, but it wasn't the level of comfortable luxury that I used to equate with Crowne Plaza hotels. You need a key card to access the rooms, which made it a little difficult for friends visiting (versus other hotels). The free shuttle was a nice bonus and the front desk employees were so nice! Bed was comfy. My main complaint is housekeeping. I appreciate daily service since most hotels stopped doing that after COVID, but the housekeeping lady would knock on my door until I physically unlocked it to speak with her. I used the top lock, so you could crack the door open still, and I know she could hear me yelling for her to skip service (the "do not disturb" sign was flimsy and fell off constantly). I could hear my TV at low volume outside the door, no way she didn't hear me telling her to go away. I was in bed, enjoying my privacy, and felt completely uncomfortable with her insistence. She did not give up until I got dressed and came to the door. Also, overnight, there were random beeping noises and unusual sounds (creaking noises, TV clicking, etc). I'm sure there's some explanation, but if I believed in ghosts like my mother, we would have been moving rooms or hotels! The tub drained abnormally slow, as another review mentioned, but it wasn't a problem for me since I take short showers. All in all, YMMV, but I will pick a different hotel for my next stay in Minneapolis.

Disappointed in the limited restaurant hours and the location is not within walking distance to other locations for meals.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The pool was cold and the hot tub was very dirty. Was excited to use it but when we got down there it was very disappointing. Perfect place to stay to take the light rail.

Seemed like alot of hidden fees parking, breakfast, coffee ect. Cost was comparable to others that included the above. Way behind on upkeep peeling wall paper, scrathed up paint, water stained ceiling tiles ect.

This hotel is very outdated and wear and tear shows in most areas. Bathroom tiles broken, carpet stains, paint chipping, pool area needs maintenance. The hotel even charged $10 per night to self park in a deck that was falling apart. Our room had a leaking a/c unit and the carpet smelled like mold/mildew.

The place was clean, the hotel needs a renovation, the carpet was filthy and dirty, it was a noise room you can hear the outside noise, the air condition was noise. Bed and pillows were confiable and the Metro train close to the hotel it help you to go to other areas. Good transportation. Staff very helpful .

The staff in the hotel and restaurant were wonderful and professional. The issue was more with the room we had. The AC unit started leaking and not left the carpet wet. Our bathroom door lock did not work and the room smelt like someone had been smoking in there. We were accommodated by the Front Desk Supervisor Leo and the rest of the team. It was a busy and crazy weekend because of the IT issue that occurred globally. But the staff still did a wonderful job overall.

It felt very humid in the room even with the air on. Not the best looking rooms. Front desk gentleman was pretty rude when i called for the shuttle the night we got in. Restaurant waiter was very friendly, even went out of his way to find a candle for my daughters bday dessert. Pool was nice and big.

This hotel was nothing compared to the online pictures. Our room was dirty and smells very badly. We constantly sprayed air freshner to cover the smell. The carpet in the room felt disgusting the carpet felt like it was wet and trying to dry. The toilet is so low perfect for a toddler but not an adult. Desk , table or tv stand was not wiped off. The desk clerk did ask if I would like to change rooms I advised no. My daughter room was switched due to similar issues and the second room was worst. There was urine in the shower and the bathroom mirror seem to have black mold on it. Would not recommend this hotel.

This hotels needs a deep cleaning and air fresheners. It smelled horrible in my room. I constantly sprayed air fresheners. I don’t even want to mention what I saw in the tub.

It was a nice stay except they now charge $50 per night for parking. That added another $100 to the stay. I stay there 3-4 times a year 7-10 nights, but I will probably find somewhere else now. I have another 3-night stay booked but that will be the last time I stay there. They must only want people who fly in to stay at their hotel.

The hotel is outdated. The room smelled musty. The beds were uncomfortable. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at 2am. The woman at the front desk told us check in closed at 12am and we were denied access to our room. I sat in the lobby, with two small children, until 3am when she finally allowed us to check in. Their website says nothing about check in closing at 12am. Awful experience, and terrible customer service!

The hotel lobby, elevators, and hallways were hot. The elevators continuously malfunction and took me to the wrong floor. I was sweating profusely by the time i got to my room and was only carrying a backpack.

Our stay at Crown Suites was OK for the most part. What I not too happy about is that (unlike their competitors) they do not offer a Continental breakfast!! And, they dont tell you up front...but if you want to park your car on their premis IT COSTS TEN DOLLARS PER NIGHT!! other than those two issues the room was nice, the beds comfortable, and it twas a quiet and relaxing stay..
